Not a bug report so much as a bit of criticism (SPOILERS):
The way that you get the best ending feels like you'd only get it on the first playthrough by dumb luck, and that the game sort of expects you to either be psychic or go through the game more than once or at least restart from a previous chapter.

I highly recommend watching the good ending. The neutral ending is really meh, while the good ending is way more in line with the rest of the game.
