By now, everyone probably expects another spoiler. 😄
Thank you for the hint! It got me out of a dead end. I had completely missed the ...that place... in the swamp because I always went towards the glowing flower. Now I have finally entered the pyramid. Thanks! 😄

One more spoiler ahead — beware! 😄

I noticed your description of the unstable wooden pathways, so I thought: I wanted to see how much the wooden planks could hold, maybe I should try to "...." and it actually worked. 😄
I found the entrance and the "insert" hint, but I am currently fighting with finding the exact wording of the right command. 😄
...and of course, that depends on whether I have the correct object.
I actually started playing the story in the HTML version, but as soon as I had the chance, I started over on my Amiga.
Because of that, and much to my surprise, I noticed that parts of the story can change depending on how the player approaches certain situations. Respect for that! 🙂
SPOILER ALERT!!!
I managed to stop the ritual at the Monoliths with a little "help" ... Out of curiosity, I also tried dealing with it on my own and got knocked out. I woke up in the hut, but then reloaded and eventually reached the swamp by another route.
That probably changed some of my interactions with objects there and allowed me to catch the frog.
Right now I am stuck trying to find the connection between the Tower and the Pyramid. I have a strong feeling that there is one, but at the moment I cannot figure out whether I am missing the correct command, missing an important clue, or simply following a false lead. 😄
One thing I particularly like is the Personality system and how it changes depending on the player's actions and choices. It gives the game a nice RPG feel and makes decisions feel meaningful.
SPOILER ALERT!!!
I am really enjoying this game, especially on my Amiga.
Thank you for encouraging me to share my progress in the story.
At the moment I am exploring the swamp area. I am trying to find a connection between the statue-turning sounds in the Tower, the entrance to the Pyramid, and the strange medallions (I have a save game both with and without them in my inventory).
The saurian magician is still happily enjoying his cup after my little frog juice upgrade. 😄
Right now (I think) I am fighting a little more with the parser than with the actual puzzles, trying to find the correct words and commands. 😄
I am still having a great time, though. The atmosphere, story, graphics and RPG elements are excellent.
At one point I even tried knocking on the door where the developers seem to be having a meeting, but nobody answered. 😄
THX.
My setup:
Kickstart 47.115 (3.2.x)
Workbench 47.5 (3.2.3)
Blizzard 030/50 MHz
32 MB Fast RAM
CF card HDD setup
Important: the issue reproduces consistently on WB 3.2.x. You reported it works on WB 3.0, so it seems to be a WB version / OS compatibility issue rather than file or install corruption.
I can reproduce the “DISC ERROR” both on HDD install and ADF mounted version under WB 3.2.x.
Excellent graphics piece of art, I like it.
