Quite fun overall. Design and difficulty is well thought out, mostly.

It's possible to get into unwinnable positions where the cards don't give more survivability, and you're stuck on a board of mostly reds. Perhaps this can be solved by replacing some of the existing tiles every turn?

Very appropriate for the theme. UI is clean and simple to use, pacing is good.

Different characters are cool, it feels like you could had played even more into that aspect of the game. Perhaps make the NPC art larger and more detailed, and they comment on all of your decisions, or just make interesting conversation.

Great art and sound design. Actual gameplay is just a sequence of die rolls (no skill).

Unclear what the endings are and objectives to reach them.

Clean UI and style, but the balance could use some fine tuning.

I didn't use the trading function once, as the items provided from objectives were enough. It would be cool if geographical patterns mapped to some item requirement (like horizontal roads consuming mostly oil) to put heavier demands on some resource to encourage trading.
