The game says "START". If you then return to the main menu it will say "LOAD" indicating you have a game saved on this slot.

The 3 slots are just 3 save games. So I'm not sure what you mean by "you don't know what the run feels like". They are all identical. You have to actually start the game to see what a run feels like :)

Hey thanks for playing!

Currently the ménues are always fixed size (doesn't scale) to fit the smallest possible screensize it can be played on. The game area (cyclist etc.) then scales instead. Maybe i should change this.

How far into the game did you get / how long you played for?

You should still be earning points correct? Sometimes you hit a road that's too steep to climb with current upgrades. I'll tweak it and make sure too steep hills aren't generated early game.

Thanks for the feedback. Progression is definitely much harder to balance then I participated. I'm gonna tweak the values and make levels more worthwhile.

As for the options it's mostly so I and others can test which exact values they think look the best. It's only in the game because it's a prototype - in a final version I'll clean it up.

Thanks for trying the game. Yes you unlock automatic pedaling almost right away. It's the very first skill in the "skill section" which should be viewable from the get-go.

Perhaps you didn't see or read into it because the menues are too small and hard to read as you mentioned. I will try to work on that. I have a decently big UI update in the works.

Hello Oppodelldog.

First of all thank you so much for playing the game and leaving such detailed and structured feedback. It can genuinely be the difference between a much improved version 2, or a lackluster update.

I would love to dig into your feedback more when I have time later today or tomorrow. Would you be willing to answer some follow-up questions in DM? (If so, where would you like me to contact you - or should I just reply here?)

Also I will surely play your most recent game and give you some detailed feedback as well!

Hello Buildingblox.

Thank you for giving the game a try, and giving such descriptive feedback.

My idea for the first race is, that you should come around 4-6th place if entering it at once which should give some sort small reward. Then to win the race you would have to spent a couple of skill points in one of the categories. If choosing climber, the win condition should be the first hill. If springer, it should be the finale, if soloist it should be breaking away in the tailwind after the hill.

I'll work with the scaling to make sure this desired outcome is hit :)

Beautiful capsule art

Thanks for limit testing the numbers! Ill work that fix in, in the next update.

Did you notice any others errors or poor design?

Thank you for the feedback. I will think about how to make the core concepts more clear, so that the long explaining texts aren't needed.

I agree with the lacking "surge of power". I think visual effects might help, more than actual speed.

I have just added three female options to chose as playable character and to the pool the NPC's draw from. Thanks for the feedback.

Hello Tasin.

I'm not sure how I could prove to you that you are mistaken, but could you elaborate on what you think feels AI'ish? Are any of my assets or descriptions too plain? To me AI-feeling often comes down to something looking or sounding to generic.
