I've got various websites and apps that will do all of this, but having a single app would be amazing. Just curious if a Mac version would be possible. Thanks!

Thanks! I remember Pressure Cooker! I had a lot of ideas like that, and just ran out of time.

Thanks!

The game dimensions are set to 64 by 64, and all the assets were created in a 64px by 64px image. I'm not sure what else I could change.

thanks! Yeah, I had more things planned, just ran out of time. Things like having people crossing the track or some weather events.

That's about a 1/5 of the fuel used, which would make the 102 laps theory pretty close. And total time would be ~22 minutes.

I'd echo what others said - looks good and sound design was simple and effective. And when I lost power during the truck moving puzzle, I was pleasantly surprised I didn't have to start over. Nicely done!

* No-collision donut was going to be a power-up to make you run faster for a short time, but I couldn't figure out how to do that in the time limit of the game jam. And I just decided to leave it for "visual interest"? Or maybe I just forgot it was there. :D

* the terrain was an infinite world boundary, because I kept falling when doing play-testing. And the worms would fall off the edge making it impossible to win. Shortcuts!!

Top notch game I could've easily kept playing.

I was a bit thrown by that as well. But I interpreted it to mean like "no extra movement controls". Any movement has to happen with the same 2 buttons as everything else.

Great avatar! :D

I've got big plans for Father Blorf and Blorfina!

Great game! I could see this as an official release.

VERY cool concept, and could see myself playing an expanded version. I had the same issues as other mentioned, but still enjoyed it and even got all 10 flowers!

Amazing work! Just the right balance of being challenging but not frustrating. Great job!

It's fairly straight-forward, but done very well. The graphics and "feel" are very cool and retro. This is one I'll probably come back to after the looking at other Jam entries.

Fun! I really like the background music as well.  I got 26 after a few tries, but I'm using a trackpad and I think this would be a bit easier with a regular mouse. But I still enjoyed it.

Very nice! That floating saucer at the end was a challenge, but just the right amount.

Thanks! That was definitely something I wanted to add, but ran out of time.

That was an experience. I attempted to delicately balance the energy and couldn't get past the 1st stage. Like the other commenter said, I then "embraced the chaos" and that was quite fun. I eventually even made it to stage 2!! :D   Great job!

One note - a couple of times when I died, the "retry/quit" buttons wouldn't work. It wasn't consistent, so possibly just some weird Godot state issue or browser thing.  Just in case you continue with it, something to be aware of.

The intro was... unexpected. And amazing. The gameplay was smooth and fun, standard bullet hell mechanics but executed perfectly. Incredible job!

I really enjoyed that, and the switching mechanic was very nice. My only suggestion would be about the attack animation - the sword flipping looks cool, but trying to figure out its hit box was not obvious. There were a couple of times when I was sure I hit the enemy, but it didn't do anything.  But even with that, it was very fun to play. Great job!

Simple, but fun. I found myself playing a few rounds to increase my score, which is always a good sign. My only criticism would be the sound when the grenade bounces off the shield... it's very harsh. And sometimes the grenade would get "stuck" on the shield and it would loop very loudly. But overall, excellent job and fun concept!

I applaud the work, and getting anything to the point of submission is a plus. I will say, in its current state, it's very very rough. Some of the text directions blended in with the background, so was difficult to read. And as mentioned by someone else, I didn't see anything that would be considered "bullet hell". Good luck with your updates! It definitely looks promising!
