Cool Game!

I thought the story was the most engaging part of th  game! The loop of the  game, aka building up your arsenal by lying is  quite  fun! Sadly I found the combat kinda lacking in "umpf", if that makes any sense. If  you develop further on this concept, maybe add like knockback, more effects and all that stuff to make it feel more satisfying!

Anyways  I think you did a good Job! Keep it up :)

i  liked that more than I  thought I would initially! It forces you to make some  basic decision in the later levels  and to think for a bit. It isn't something complex  or sth I'd  play for hours on end , but  for a  Jam Game it kept me engaged until the end. Also visually and graphically, you nailed the snowy winter vibe I think you were aiming for.

If you  want to expand it to something greater  there  must be some  more complex  systems, but for what it is, its great!

Good  Job :)

Incredible  Job!

The combination of systems, works so  well! Its just a  blast to see your creations take on a  life on its own with all the marbles bouncing around!

One of the best of this Jam imo :)

Thank you for the elaborate review :)

First off, I'm sry  you weren't ably to fully enjoy it cause of some of the subjects. Come to think of it should have put a warning somewhere, about the topics this mentions in some texts. That was  a bit inconsiderate of me :(

Also the Performance  seems to be a  major problem, I'll fix in the next update! I had a pretty strong PC (Also not running a Stream in the Background), so I kinda became careless about the performance and never optimized some aspects of it.

About 3/4 I  like the Ideas I'll try to implement them in future updates!

5.) Yeah have to think about sth for those tiny littles guy. I knew it was a problem,  but  thought the autoclicker upgrade would take care of it, so you never would have to actually take  a  look at  them individually!#

Thanks for playing &  streaming it. Testing like  this always  is an immense help :)

Artistically you outdid yourself with this for a game jam, incredible job!

Gameplay wise it was pretty simple but fun, though I may have liked some depth and a bit more of that artistic polish you applied in the story sequences within the main gameplay loop itself!

Great Job!!

I could be playing Silksong, but instead you made me  do spreadsheets!!!

Funny as hell, loved it :)

Loved everything about the aesthetic! Music &  Art worked really well togetherto create  a cozy autumn vibe!

The gameplay on the other hand wasn't it for me. Even when hitting a chain reaction via the mushrooms it didn't feel too rewarding for me!

Still quite liked it! Good Job :)

The most enjoyable game I've played in this jam so far!

The rythm of the music, combined with the  satisfying rythm of your button presses worked SOO welll!

Incredible job! Also really cool use of the theme :)

Thank you for the review! Glad you liked it :)

Oh yeah I updated via the link you gave me and now its working without  a problem :)

Holy  shit that was easily the coolest thing I have played in this game so far. The game feels still a bit clunky especially with the WAY too slow mouse speed and movement, but you completely nailed in the athmosphere and audio department! Also this is by far the most creative use of the theme expansion I've  seen!

This really has soo much potential to be something greater if you put the  effort in it!

Great Job!!

(Btw the downloaded version for windows didn't render at all on my system. I have a AMD Graphics Card and I heard Godot had some issues with them, so maybe look into that)

What a unique concept! Combining a city builder an the growth of a tree was pretty cool! Sadly I ran into a few softlocks which stopped me from progressing! Mainly that no matter how many water traps I place my water  never  went up from 0 again, no matter what I did.

Also, sometimes when I started the game and opened one of the submenus the game crashed!

All in All on of the better projects in this game! Without the softlocks it would have been one of my favourites :)

Keep it up & great work :)

Loved the cutsy vibe and the graphics! Gameplay was simple & fun, though at some point the game softlocked for me and I could'nt add anymore webs, no matter what I pressed and also  I couldn't start the "critter invasion".

Very fun game! With more polish and a bit of extra content It has much potential :)

Thanks for the review  :)

Could you explain  the  bug a  bit more maybe , since I think I'm unaware of the one you described?

Yeah, throw you into the situation without much direction and MUCH information and I see that it could be a bit overwhelming.

Thx for the feedback :)

This was for now one of my favourite games of the Jam so far!

The Audio & Visuals all felt fitting and were just great. (Good Music Selection btw)

The Gameplay was very fun, but  for me there was some kind of depth missing to keep me going to the end, but the loop that was there was instantly understood, so you were instantly invested

Great Job! .)

Cute game!

I think it would be way more engaging if you had a smaller cooldown to shoot and more enemies!

Also the Footsteps sound made me go insane! Pls add some Background Music or Ambience so the player hears  something else and not just that ever repeating sound.

The graphics and animation were really nice, I like them quite a bit!

(Btw the Master Audio I think was set to 100% initially even though the settings said 2%, changed after  I adjusted the  slider, but on the start it was LOUD)

In summary, cute game!

That was a  very fun game you made there! I like  the music, I like the style!

Even though its kinda hard, it kept me engaged which many hard jam games fail to do imo!

The  two  things that kinda bothered me were, that I couldn't shoot the whole range of motion and that when  I died or didn't have any ammo it was literally just said to me instead of communicating it to me by animations/visuals or any other way.

Great Job keep it up :)

The music during the was super catchy & groovy, reminded  me of Persona music .

Gameplay was simpole but fun especially with the stretchy arm animation!

That menu music wasn't it though!

Great Job :)

Thanks for the Review!

Interesting tactic you did by setting the Time Modifier to 0.1 and pushing many upgrades! I thought everyone would just put it to 20x or so and then let the Auto-Clicker do it thing with a few Characters and a few bribes.

But its probably true, I spent way to little time actually balancing out all the Characters/Modifiers and doing other meaningless stuff instead :)

For the performance, that was something I feared, I have a spmewhat string PC and never  had any issues. Could you maybe tell me on what kind of system you played, for a future performance patch?

Thank you very much! :)

Thanks, hope you still had fun though! Was there any specific part that was a bit overwhelming on the first introduction?

Anyways thx for playing :)

Gawd damn! the music really put the cozy into the game!

In general Art Direction, Music & VFX was pretty much perfect and it was really calming playing this!

Gameplay wise I found it a bit repetetive after  a while, but this type of game, really isn't my cup of tea, so maybe I'm not feeling it because of that!

Also, pls just include maximizing the game, it felt a bit weird playing on such a small window.

Great Job :)

Liked the drawn aesthetic, but I think there were a few things missing to  make this enganging!

For example:

- Sound effects when doing an action

- Music /Ambience  -> just an important part for a game such as this

- Faster/Snappier Interactions

Still congratulations on getting it done in time :)

Ahh man thats unfortunate :(

Maybe you find sth to play on, but anyways still thx for the spirit :)

Took me a bit to get what you the game was about even though I read the tutorial,  but when it made click this actually was really fun!

You fit the theme perfectly! The audio was very fun!

Graphics were okay,  though there is definitely some space  for improvement.  Especially with the sharpness aspect, spefically with the fonts, though I know it's a hassle in Godot, especially on the Web!

Good Job ! Keep it up :)

If you go on the last tab on the menubar there is something like a manual. Regarding the importing, yes you have to do it manually, but changes within already added folders will be represented within the App :)

I have now fixed the major issues with the Linux Build and tested it on Ubuntu. There are still a few Bugs, which I'll fix in the near future, but it should be possible to run on linux without it crashing immediately. Thanks for reporting this issue :)

At the next update, when I have fixed the Linux Version :)

Yoo, thanks really appreciate it :)))

Great Video btw, really entertaining!!

Thanks, for playing I have now played and rated yours :)

Thanks for playing and making a Video, I'm keen to See your first reactions. I'll Look at your Game very soon :)

Thank You very much for playing!! :)

Thanks for playing :))

Thanks for playing!!

Thanks for the quick answer, I'll definitely Look into it :)

Thanks for playing my game :)

Thanks!!

Don't worry it's a hard concept to get into and I didn't exactly do the best job at slowly exposing players to the challenges they'd face

Also really appreciate that you played my game in a video, I'm looking forward to your first reactions while playing :))

Yeah, the dream is basically just 80% pressing right and thats not the best game mechanic I heard :))

As soon as the lock for this jam is gone, I#ll probably add collision to the enemies, so you have to attack them, and something like a second attack so you have to use specific buttons and can't spam one.

Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it!!

Well, you're the first one to find a bug  in the game. You probably fell thorugh the floor and just were midair the whole time, which obviously shouldn't happen :).

I'm guessing you were playing the web version, did it happen right at the start or did it happen somewhere midgame?

You probably don't remember now, but thanks for  alerting me of this bug and thanks for playing!!
