thank you for playing, glad you found it fun! i actually didn't know if it would be playable on mobile - i'm glad it is, and maybe i'll try to release a patch to support mobile in the future!

love how it looks and love how it sounds!! i loved that u could run into your own holes and die lol and having a finite trail was a fun challenge too! i do wish the movement speed started just a little bit slower so we have a little bit more time to get used to it but once i got the hang of it it was really satisfying :D

i was hoping someone would do a 'monotonous loop of daily work' kind of game!!! i love games that force u to multitask like this and this was really fun :D the little click sound effects are so satisfying and the pixel art is really polished too!!

love the concept and the theming :) i liked the movement, the fact that you have to take advantage of momentum makes it really precision based! it's challenging but feels like it rewards you for being precise haha. also i really liked the visuals but i feel like the cloud platforms weren't super visible since the background is also clouds? i think they could stand out a bit more since they're the core focus of the gameplay :D

fun puzzles and really satisfying when u figure them out :D

cute and fun game! i think this was a really creative take on the "past version of you help you" concept because you have to position strategically to not friendly fire them!! the screen gets really cramped after a few loops which makes it get more complex and challenging over time :D i liked all the different weapons too, had a lot of fun trying them all!

thank you!! im glad the art & audio felt cohesive :D and mood, i personally find any kind of needlework a big struggle so i'm glad that came through hahaha

actually the most cracked bullet hell gamer :D

thank you!! i thought it’d be so funny to have a cozy chill looking game that isn’t cozy or chill at all haha. really happy you liked it!!

let’s goooo you discovered the secret strat >:D thanks for playing, super glad to get the fiber crafter stamp of approval!

thank you!! haha, a lot of people have mentioned pokemon ranger, which i actually did not know when i designed this, so it's super cool that it reminds people of it :D

thank you!! so happy you liked it!! LOL as someone who also sucks at drawing circles, i feel your pain. at least it doesn't have to be a perfect circle for our game -- you just have to close the loop! :D

thank you so much!! yeah it's definitely a game that demands some mouse control so it can be challenging on a trackpad unfortunately, hope you give it a chance with a mouse!! thanks so much for playing!!!

LOL honestly i was also surprised, but it makes sense with the theme haha. perhaps great minds think alike!!!

thanks for playing! i definitely struggled to balance this one and ran out of time lol. i was trying to avoid players being able to cheese it by just face-tanking damage and drawing big circles around the whole screen by spawning more enemies around the sides, but i think you can still do that if you just move fast LOL. or were there other cheesy strats you found?

CLOSE KNIT REFERENCED !!! honestly, the fibercraft games are becoming our brand lol. i was actually thinking when i started working on this that, since i didn't have time to flesh this game out much, it could be a proof of concept for a future close knit minigame... so it's super great to get everyone's feedback on it!! thanks for your comment <3

thank you!!! so happy you found it satisfying :D

thank you!!

thank you!!! i'm glad the enemies felt balanced. i definitely wish i had more time to tune the loop mechanic to make it feel more smooth while still making sure it didn't detect unintentional loops. you make a really good point about only detecting once the mouse is released, thanks!

thank you so much for playing!! we have a lot of needlecraft hobbyists on our team so the idea popped up really quickly and i guess it stuck! i definitely would've liked to polish up the loop detection if i had more time, so thanks for the feedback on that!! :D

one of my fav vids of yours!!! thank you so much for playing 💚

really lovely story & i really like the whole concept of the adventure! there's a real feeling of suspense, intrigue, and the weight of their duty that i really enjoyed... the music & sound design really added to the atmosphere, especially the way it dynamically builds and reacts to the scene is SOOO good and just very immersive. the art is really cute too, i especially love the lil game over screen art :D

omg, thank you so much!! i'm so happy you had fun playing! thanks for the feedback on the music too, i'm definitely planning on replacing it in a future update -- hopefully composing something on my own if i can!

and nice high score! i think it's very hard to get any higher than that because of the order generation rate. i saw someone get 38, i but i think you have to get very lucky with the last few flowers being ones that grow quickly, hehe. you definitely seem to have found the right strat though! we're planning on adding an endless mode in the future too, so there won't be as much of a limit on scores. :D

thank you so much!! and that's a great score! you're right, we didn't get to invest as much time in sound this time as i would've liked, but i definitely want to make an original soundtrack in the future!

im obsessed with this. i always love a good word game, and this one was so fun! i like that because there were rarely restrictions on word length, you could get really creative (i myself had some 10+ letter words trying to fit everything in HAHA). i also liked that sometimes you had to choose between different clues and maximize points. even though there was no timer, the music was so epic and dramatic that i felt a sense of pressure, it really played well into the feeling of climbing the tower! i only wish that the words could have tied into the story points a bit more, i think that would've made it feel even more dramatic :D

(1 edit)

thank you for playing -- and multiple times too! really impressive score too :)

i always love a hard platformer!! i do think the physics could have been tuned slightly to allow for more precision, but it was still overall very enjoyable. i really liked the animations and it felt very polished and satisfying to play!

really well done puzzle progression, i felt like the difficulty curve ramped up at just the right speed to keep things interesting without getting too hard, and i like the care that was put into introducing each mechanic. you can really tell a lot of care and polish was put into the player experience, from the vine changing color as you start to run out to the undo feature. the sound design is very pretty as well! the only issue i ran into was with pushing the rocks as some others mentioned, and the restart button in the top corner would sometimes take a while to do anything and sometimes not do anything at all. overall lovely concept and great atmosphere!

THANK YOU !! super honored that you like the game!!

thank you so much!! good idea -- we kept it simple for the jam submission with just an order counter shown at the end of the game, but it'd be really cool to add a coin system in the future!!

thank you!!! haha yeah i had the feeling not many people would read them but i had so much fun writing them so i decided to include them anyway :p they're mostly just silly/for some added character so i totally understand if you didn't have time to read them haha!! thank you for playing and for your compliments :D

the procedural generation worked really well! the map felt different each time but also consistent and balanced :) i also liked the map elements fading when you walked behind them so you could see. the music was really cute and nostalgic too! it seems like there were a lot of times where i couldn't interact with something even though it was outlined in white, and there were a few times where the outline made it look like i was interacting with a leaf, but i got sap. not sure if these are known bugs but overall it was fun and very relaxing! the rain effect was honestly really calming & satisfying (even though it hurts you)

this is like the definition of a cozy game !!! it's so very sweet... i appreciated the ambient audio especially, & the art was super cute too!

this is SO fun and so polished for such a short jam. the music is so cute and the art is charming, and the gameplay is sooo smooth, from the pew pew sound effect to the small screen shake, every part of this feels like it was made with so much care! definitely one of the games i spent the longest time on - i played this like 10 times lol, i loved experimenting with the different builds, and each weapon felt unique and balanced! the idea of your bunnies giving you HP is so cute, i only wish there was some kind of visual or audio signal that they were fully grown and ready to be 'absorbed'? i also wish there was a sound effect for the reload bc my fps gamer ass was spam pressing 'R' and not being sure if it was reloading or not until i looked down at the bullet count bc i was so expecting to hear some kind of sound... if that makes any sense? tbh it's like the only thing that felt missing to me because the game overall has such insanely good almost-tactile feeling feedback it's actually so addicting. really really fun!!!

thank you!! 🫡 as my teammate said it is currently pure random but i'd definitely like to implement a scoring system in the future -- maybe one where you earn money from completing difficult orders & can use it towards upgrades or new flower shapes? much to think about... thank you for the suggestion!

ok this is definitely one of the games i got the most invested in in this jam!! i was not ready for the plants to start attacking me omg but i really liked the combat, it felt very snappy and satisfying! animations were really cute too... the game just felt really polished overall, a lot of nice UX touches like being able to use tab or scroll to change seeds -- the only thing i wished for was a way to be able to see your inventory without going back to the kaufhaus (or maybe there is one and i didn't notice...?) and another option for planting besides E so i could use WASD to evade enemies while pressing plant at the same time because i was getting really invested i was like speedrunning lolol. i thought the upgrade progression was really well balanced and the artwork and music worked together nicely to set the mood!! definitely feeling the don't starve vibes... also not sure if intentional but i dashed through the broken fence on the left and walked off the map. 10/10 would play again!

really love the vibes that the art style and music are bringing to this :) i agree with some of the other commenters that it took me a second to understand the UI and the difficulty curve could be adjusted. but once i figured out the mechanics, it was a lot of fun and very satisfying to see my flowers grow!

super satisfying to play! i love how minimal & intuitive the controls are - it's really satisfying when the upgrade does exactly what you think it does, so i think it was all really well projected with no text! graphics were clean and i echo other comments about the balance + progression being very well done. my only suggestion would be to limit how far off the screen you can run!

yay thank you! so so so happy you liked it!! <3

thank you kevin M o7

incredible concept, and really good execution!! the animations are so satisfying, especially the green running along all the surfaces you touch (and i liked the scene transition animation too!!) - overall the visuals felt super polished!

the mechanics were really creative too! i agree with some of the other commenters that i wish there was a little more clarity on them; i also missed a lot of signs because i didn't realize they were interactable (some kind of indicator or pop-up would help!) and i also wasn't sure how to use the red flower initially. but i really loved the way each mechanic is introduced with a sort of soft tutorial, and the progression was really well done! overall def super impressive design and implementation!

immaculate vibes! the art was super cute and the music fit the game so well. +1 to what the other commenters mentioned about the watering, i found it a bit challenging just because it wasn't super clear to me at first what the center position was, once i figured that out i was able to get it pretty consistently. overall really well done!
