You can get the textures from the .unitypackage. You just have to install Unity, drag and drop it inside unity, navigate to the textures and right click open file location. From there you just have to assign the textures manually in Blender

Here is a book that shows you more detail information about the topics. You can skip to the OOP section but if you can't understand it then try reading a bit from the beginning.
Download the python edition since you are working on ren.py.
