I added the just-launched new trailer to the original post (and edited with some more infos) :)

This is my first video editing ever, I hope it's nice enough to make people want to discover it. Any feedback on the video for further improvement ?

Linux native would be a linux specific build. So it seems it's more Steam's proton compatibility layer. But sure would try it on steam :)

Good game overall !
I would suggest you to add an hit indicator, it could be simple color flash. Because i'm not sure to hit the planet, and it is even more disturbing for the boss, i wasn't sure to be able to beat it. Plus the bullets disappear a bit far from the boss (like if the sprite have some border).

Also about the UI i would integrate more level, heat, fuel, score who seems a bit far and like outside the game.

But really nice project, keep up the good work :)

Wow looks really great !
Sadly no Linux version so i can't try but for what i see well done !

Hey everyone !
I’ve just published an early prototype of my first Godot game.
It started as a learning project, but really loving it, so I will push it wayyyy further 🙂
It’s a fast-paced top-down action roguelike, and I’m currently looking for feedback on gameplay, feel, and progression.

There’s still a lot more to do, but I think getting feedback early in development is really important.
It’s available on Linux, Windows, and Android.
You can find it here : https://ludyforge.itch.io/arkus
And play it on the web here : https://arkus.fun/

Any thoughts or suggestions would help a lot, especially regarding any mistakes I may have made.
Thanks !

The UI feels a bit overwhelming at first, but i’d definitely give it a try later. Keep up the good work, the project is very interesting !

Great job ! Keep up the good work :)

Points are unreadable
I didn't played in fullscreen (in your itchio page) and text was hard to read

Keep up the great work :)

Great prototype, I like the concept !
I think you may get things a little more readable and pleasant to use with bigger font and button/tower and maybe a bit more contrast.
Very promising

Very nice little game ! Keep up the good work :)

Well i don't know Unity but you need to have another type of file than .exe (which is windows only).
Typically any extension (because linux doesn't care about extesion) like x86_64 for exemple

Arf do you have more info ? Where is it flagged ? What does it says ? I made it using godot should be fine ...

Which engine do you use ?
Whith godot for exemple you need to make a specific export for linux.

Sadly there is no linux version on what i downloaded :(
I saw the linux logo on your page, i thought there was one

Good job man ! I will surely give it a try :)

Very good little game ! Keep up the good work :)
It seems you have an error of selected language. Spanish does actually show French, and french Deutsh.

I hope you will do more

Well done !
