As of mass reporting, depends, if you do it all you then it can be considered a moderation abuse, so they can use it against you. But just giving proper insight of this situation helps people find out about this and all together make an effective report.

I don't know much about technology, but ever since I've gotten a Linux OS, I've been hearing more about Vulkan and it getting processed around.

Maybe it could do something with the OS? A wild guess I know, but maybe looking at compatibilities and finding the right emulator to run Vulkan could help. 

Again this is a wild guess, but it wouldn't hurt looking into it tbh. I wish I could help more tho but I hope this gives some chance to find a solution.

Twelv is most likely doing a lot, and the fact part of the community is getting included is great, that's what a community version is about after all. But you can't just expect to be included most times... And much less if you act like this.

In a sincere way before I begin speaking, attacking people should NOT be the way, it doesn't make us better people than them if we begin harassing. 

Now, I looked about what this fellow posts, and there are worse things to point out about them uhh. I would rather suggest blocking them if you're uncomfortable or reporting anything that breaks actual community rules (which Aktan might actually have broken by what I'm finding out), but there's no good reason to go out of your way to harass anyone because it doesn't make anyone a hero, it just creates worse problems down the line and can even put you in actual danger.
