Sorry, it's completely out of my control. Steam's internal review process determined Max 2 should be classified as an adult title, I've tried to fix it and I worked really hard to make sure HITIAM got through, but it's entirely out of my hands. 

Just an FYI, but I've had multiple tickets pending and even got moderators, admins and whoever runs Bluesky to say they'll look into it, but after that it's radio silence. You very well may never get a response relating to indexing/deindexing/search visibility

Are these replies seen? I've had a pending ticket for over 6 months with no response, despite 5 or 6 follow up tickets? It's really concerning

I'm in the same boat, I have had tickets going back 6 months. Still waiting on a response, I think some tickets are not replied to.
Was it to do with deindexing by any chance? That's what mine are about

Initially it'll just be Steam. Once the deindexing issue is resolved we'll post the game here. 

I've got a ticket in to get Max 1 deindexed as that should be searchable, but it isn't. Hitiam is the same level of adult content and I don't want to post it here if it gets no traffic.

EDIT - I have been informed that this method will not work. You will only get a copy of the game on Itch.io if you live in Germany.

It does come with a Steam key, and it should work in Germany? But if not you can play the direct download you get from itch. Any issues just let me know and I'll see what I can do.
