Since this is just a demo, I didn't want to touch on too many things yet, but you'll get answers to most of your questions as the story continues! What I can say for now is that yes, the characters, the rooms they're in, basically everything is tied to the lore, so there's definitely more meaning behind the designs than it might seem right now. Hi, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I noticed there are quite a few typos — I later started working with someone who's fluent in English, so that issue has been fixed. The bug where the character sprites disappear in the dialogue box seems to only happen on Android, I'll fix that as soon as possible too. Also, to answer your question, I made this in Ren'Py. Hey everyone, this is my first otome VN, Alice in Hotel — kind of an Alice in Wonderland twist but set in a weird hotel where things aren't really normal.

There are 5 love interests: Calestin, Rin, Berk, Luke and Sibillia. The demo covers the intro part of the story.

My game "Alice in Hotel (DEMO)" has been published on itch.io for over 3 weeks now, but it still isn't showing up in search results. The page is public, has a cover image, a downloadable build, and I've done my best to carefully follow the indexing guidelines.

I know new accounts can take a bit longer to review, so I've been trying to be patient. But I was wondering: is there something on my page that might be preventing it from getting indexed?
