Can we submit TTRPGs/physical games?

The description mentions playable ashcans of TTRPG are fine but later refers to only video games on eligibility.

i think i submitted something a day or so ago but must have been removed so it’s good to clarify the rules for people looking at the jam.

hey, thanks a lot for your comment!

Hey everyone, here is my entry for the One-Page RPG Jam 2025 https://itch.io/jam/one-page-rpg-jam-2025 (some really nice games there if you haven't checked yet).

App Reviewing Service - https://koke-rpgs.itch.io/app-reviewing-service - is a solo journaling micro-RPG on a business-card. You are an app reviewer for a popular mobile e-shop. You get to review apps and games and decide if they are approved for release on the shop.

Would love to hear your thoughts. Hope you enjoy it!

Hi everyone, I released my new game Begin Transmission. A two-player letter-writing roleplaying game about planet explorationhttps://koke-rpgs.itch.io/begin-transmission

In the game, one player takes on the role of an autonomous Rover exploring distant, unknown planets where as the other plays the Command Centre, issuing mission instructions and documenting the rover’s findings.

The game was written with sending physical letters in mind to simulate the duration a transmission will take to reach their destination when communicating with a rover on a distant planet. However, nothing stops you from using a digital method of correspondence if you want a quicker play, or if sending physical mail is not convenient.

I am currently working on the Solo rules as an update sometime in the future.

There a preview version available for free under the demo section on the itch.io page for anyone interested. The game is also currently on sale for 20%, for a limited time to celebrate the release and there are still a few community copies available.

Feel free to reach out for feedback or questions, and I hope you enjoy the game! Thanks!

hey, someone actually donated a copy, I added a couple more extra as a result! Feel free to grab one!

Hope you enjoy the game!

Approved! Thanks

Hey, thanks a lot for all the art! I have released an update to one of my Solo Journaling RPG called Hunters of the Glade and used some of the assets from this pack!

I love them and they go very well with the theme of the game.

Thanks again for your work!

Oops, you are right! I will fix it. Thanks for pointing it out.

Awesome pack. Already used it in one of my games and I am sure will use in more. Thanks for your work!

Hey Beth, thanks a lot for trying the game and the feedback, really appreciate it!

I am glad you liked it! It was a challenge coming up with prompts that are quite generic but also provide a bit of structured given the limitations, but I am always up for a challenge :D

And… I am currently working on 3 more games to add to the collection bringing the total to 5. I will most probably update it over the weekend! Stay tuned!!

Hi all, just released my 36-word game called Tales of Nature and Growth.

It is actually a collection of 2 games each under 36 words related to the theme of Nature/Growth:

  • A Forest Spirit’s Journey: You are a forest spirit tending to the needs of all the people, creatures and plants who inhabit an ancient forest!
  • A Sapling’s Journey: You are a sapling growing in a crowded forest against all odds

In both games you use a d6 for the prompt and journal your journey. The text version is free under the demo section and I am adding more community copies from time to time on the page.

Enjoy! Let me know your thoughts!

Hi all, I just released a new game called New Year, New You (?) https://koke-rpgs.itch.io/new-year-new-you

It's a 1-page solo journaling game based on the Second Guess System about setting, trying to achieve and most of the times failing New Year’s resolutions. The game was created as part of the Start the Year Right jam https://itch.io/jam/start-the-new-year-right.

There are a few community copies available and I am happy to include more when they run out.

I hope you enjoy it and that it helps you meet your own New Year's resolutions in a way!

Feel free to reach out for any feedback or questions. Thanks!

Thanks for organising the jam. It was fun coming up with ideas for it!

Hi everyone, earlier this week, I released my new horror journaling micro-RPG for one player, Frozen Whispers! https://koke-rpgs.itch.io/frozen-whispers. It's a horror journaling micro-RPG for 1 player created as part of the Winter Horrorland jam.

It puts you in the shoes of four people trapped in a cabin during a snowstorm. Their goal: survive until rescue arrives... but something lurks outside.

The game is played using a d6 or a coin to determine if you get to live for another day.

The text only version of the game is available for free under the demo section on the itch.io page for anyone interested.

The game is also currently on sale for 50%, for a limited time, along with my festive card game, Sweet Christmas (you can find the sale here: https://itch.io/s/137826/koke-rpgs-black-friday-deal).

Feel free to reach out for feedback or questions, and I hope you enjoy the game! Thanks!

Hi everyone, I am George, releasing games under Koke RPGs.

I find the theme really interesting as I have never created a horror game (not that I have a lot to show as I only started publishing the last two months)! I was also looking into some postcard games lately and thought it will be interesting to try and make my idea fit on a postcard / business card as well.

Let’s see how it turns out :) I am planning releasing the text only version for free and also have community copies available.

Really excited to see what everyone will come up with!

I released my solo journaling RPG recently based on the 4d4s SRD (4 days 4 seasons). It’s about the life of an Elven hunter across 4 distinct periods of their life. Prompts are a bit generic but each card draw represents a memory from a specific season which obviously includes Autumn.

This is the extend my game incorporates Autumn, does it count for this jam?

Let me know and if not I will remove my submission. Thanks!
