It is currently not possible to get a 100% Save, since some events, such as the"BigDaddyHurt Dinner Scene", are currently bugged and cannot be trigger, so we are unable to obtain every single ending.

And even if there is someone who got the 100% Save by any means, they probably won't be willing to share their save files with you.
