  • Viability: The game doesn't quite have a achievable ending since - like meantioned - the game ends at a rectangle that cannot be destroyed, but besides that its definately playable, and the elements work.
  • Presentation: The objective and rules of the game aren't stated, but it's easy enough to understand where to go. I think the game provides a challenge with avoiding objects and enemies, but I think it's a good challenge and allows the player to be able to try and try again to achieve a greater score (definitely having a restart button would help, but I know the coding for that is different).
  • Theme: The theme for this game is definitely clear and has sweet illustrations to support it! I'm sure with more time into the game (ofc, we had limited time to complete the game, so I understand), the game could be able to push an even stronger theme into the game. This is one game that I think an awesome cutscene could play a super strong role in its narrative.
  • Engagement: The game definitely captures my imagination and engagement! I literally spent a good while trying out different strategies to destroy the enemies and seeing if I could avoid destroying them altogether. I was having a good time with it. I'm sure with additional features and different levels of space, there are some amazing things you could do with different creatures and ships. Overall, super cool and amazing :D
  • Viability: The game is definitely playable and has a core loop of collecting the flowers and taking them to the red finish flag! There could obviously be more of an end to the game, but a core loop is there!
  • Presentation: There are no written rules, but the objective of the game is clear: to collect an object and leave. The elements work well and can be navigated pretty easily. I think once the cutscene is added and the illustrations are in, an objective for the game will become clearer to the player.
  • Theme: I can definitely see an alien/space style theme in the project (I know they are just Unity Playground presets), but I think you could definitely do something with this theme if you wanted. Again, once that cutscene at the beginning is added, I feel like a clear theme can come through.
  • Engagement: I did feel engaged in the game! It's simple enough to grab my attention and quickly understand the objective, and I think once you add your own illustrations to the game, it'll look so, so good!

Viability: The game is definitely playable. There is one path that had a bit of an error, which is by the end of the game (after purchasing gifts for each other), but besides that, every other path to me was playable!

Presentation: The game is definitely understandable and has a clear storyline of just going out shopping with a friend! I think once you add in your visuals too the storyline will be even clearer with illustrations of items.

Theme: I think visually the game has a clear aesthetic and its super cute! Its giving me like a GirlsGoGames style gameplay which I love! So excited to see the final with images!

Engagement: it does capture my imagination and does give the feeling of going shopping! I think once things are formatted with the images (like having things on the left and right) the game could really capture that "in a mall " feeling.

Viability: The game is definitely playable and has lots of cool points where players are able to have timed events.

Presentation: The presentation of the information is pretty well done! The visuals for the game is super awesome and allow the player to enjoy the game and get some awesome visuals. I think as well your color choices and font selection are fitting for the game and really immerse the player

Theme:I think the narrative is pretty clear. It took me a lil bit to understand what was going on which I think is a easy fix. Just because the decription tells me what is happening but the actual game itself doesn't let the player know that they are gaining animal tranformation abilities until later when they transform fully into a animal (if that makes sense). But visually I think the narrative is very well done! It might be fun to add lil images of the things you transform into but its not necessary.

Engagement: The game does capture my imagination as I visualize  the things happening. I thought it was super fun and I loved seeing the narrative being shared!

Viability: The game is definitely playable from beginning to end, with options to go back and try different endings from different points of the game.

Presentation: The presentation of the information is super nice and visually pleasing. The information presented in certain spots of the game is overwhelming (in the good way) as it made me feel stressed out when decisions had to be make quick.

Theme: The theme of the game is well displayed and the illustrations that support it help the player visually see the sandwich line and feel the stress. I can perfectly read the games play of ordering something new for the first time and the panic of not messing it up.

Engagement: The game balances the engagement pretty well and shares a visual story that anyone can imagine and relate to. I think there are a lot of good components that make the player have lots of different choices.

My only lil note is that the timing on some of the lil "minigame" moments needs just a tiny bit more time (but that might just also be that I am a slow reader ). Besides that, such an awesome and amazing game!
