I’m super glad to see you working on a full release. However, the updates to the controls on the demo is dreadful. Not intuitive at all.

  • Camera movement should not be the last control hint given. Hold shift + click and drag the screen around would be much easier on the player.

  • Scroll wheel makes more sense for height adjustments rather than banking.

I’m not sure the best way to make the controls more user friendly, but how they are currently set up isn’t working. Playing became frustrating quickly.

This game has loads of potential. Really cool concept. The controls are difficult to figure out and get working, but after a bit it came together nicely. Maybe swap the “how to play” prompts with a static single screen to explain how to play.

A zoom out to see the whole area would be nice. Especially for when you run the coaster. Maybe add in an option to experience the coaster in first person. Attach the camera to the first car would be awesome.

Very cool prototype for sure! You should expand this into a larger project.

Thank you. :)

If you’ve found any bugs, then please let me know.

Please drop your general thoughts on the demo here.

I love you all.

Thanks.

It says drag like ANGRY birds. The mechanic is similar to Angry Birds.

I’m sorry it doesn’t seem to work for you. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I saw it the a couple days ago. Big thanks to you for doing this.

I agree. I was thinking of using this concept as part of a larger project that never came to exist. I might have to revisit turning it into it’s own thing at some point.

Thanks! I aim to please.

Thank you.

Thanks for playing. I hope you had a good time.

Thank you for the kind words.

Thanks for the kind words.

Might revisit this one and add more.

OH MY! Thank you so much!

I’m glad you enjoyed it. I might expand the concept in the future.

Hello all. I’m Kit.

I’ve been making small games for at least 4 years now. Only recently did I decide to start uploading my games on Itch. I have a catalog of 30+ games in various states of polish. I will most likely not be uploading all of them here, but the goal is to add as many as can be considered playable. My work covers a lot of genres and styles, both artistically and in gameplay.

All my work to date is in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. With very little use of any libraries or engines. This forces me to keep things simple and direct. You’ll find that most of my games only take a few minutes to understand and play. I tend to build in public over on Codepen. So you can find many of my games on there as well.

I’m open to chatting about my work and the processes involved.

Hopefully I can earn your follows, comments, rating, and more.

Keep it spicy out there.

:)
