listening to this through pix's stream while doing my music theory homework, so my comment is less thorough than usual... srry.......

i really like this!!! the piano line is built well and i like your use of the reverse-synth watchamacallit. great vibe built here, very high quality.

the change in tonality to the second song was a nice change! it carries the same effects and melodic ideas as the first song. very surreal!!!

oo the third track is such a nice boss fight theme! i like the piano ostinato happening beneath the main guitar melody. nicenice i love the chord progression! definitely my favorite track in this submission!

nice credits track! i love the bass sound effect!

overall great listen ... my only critique is regarding mixing - nothing too distracting, but just the balance of instrumentation threw me off sometimes. it was still VERYYYY enjoyable!!!!! i think it made me do my classwork even better lowkey wowowowowowowowow very very very nice job i enjoyed listening :DDDD

saw someone mention oliver buckland in the comments and im already excited to listen ...

your opening track, "Forth," is really beautiful! really like the chord progression being built. this track is simple in a way that is thoughtful. the synths here are well composed. i do feel like, without the percussion, the lower synths did present as slightly muddy - but not in a way that was too distracting, your melodic lines still sounded wonderful! the percussion interjecting later on provides a good driving force befitting of the beginning of a story.

"Sine" sounds wonderful so far! your transition was so smooth i hadn't even realized it started yet LMAO.. again, wonderful chord progression! again the only issue is mixing - your composition is really thoughtful and i love the timbre and texture of this track, but some of the melodic lines were lost behind reverb and the volume of other instruments, like i couldn't really hear the piano (i have hearing problems so take this w a grain of salt i may be wayy off base and sound crazy asf</3)

oooo gaia is really gorgeous so far!!! i love the chords being built! really builds that cosmic and surreal theme, while leading into that sense of impending doom with the clouds rolling in. loving the addition of the arpeggiating synths. definitely my favorite track so far!!

scary storm,. ,.,. hey if i heard this in an actual game i would probably crap my pants ! loving the chaos in this track and its really fitting of the chaos of a ocean storm. the ambience of the ocean and rain here is nice. the glitchy panning percussion is really cool!

poor mark ... he shouldve like. not fallen probably. but no yeah i really like the depressive theme of this track! the ostinato from the marimba-like instrument really progresses the idea that the main character must keep going in spite of what's happened. definitely one of my favorite tracks so far.

oo the percussion in Nkumo Atoll is really nice! this one tells a good story, beginning with the quieter and deeper synths, before progressing into the chase sequence. really nice ending to the OST, and i love the percussion here! hello 5/8... this is a really lovely track and, again, this one definitely takes the cake for being my favorite! i love the intention behind this one and i can really visualize the story that runs alongside this track.

overall, very entertaining listen! i feel like the pitfall of a lot of ambient tracks is that they get boring very quick, but that was not the case here. i enjoyed every second! my only general note (and, again, take this with a grain of salt, because there was a LOT of good in your submission that far outnumbered this one nitpicky thing) would be mixing. there was the occasional muddiness from the reverb of synths and general balance between instrumentation that tended to drown out other instruments, but never to a distracting degree. this was a wonderful listen overall!

thanks for much for sharing i lovelovelove this submission! keep it up!!! :DDDDDDDD

meant to review this last night, but sleepiness overtook me ...

first track has a really nice ambience! i like the progression in the piano line. your composition here is really fitting for the vibe you were going for in the main menu theme. very distant and mysterious. love the rhythmic plucking of the strings! the percussion is a good driving force as well.

sweet introduction to the storyline! it really feels playful and nostalgic, with that exploratory vibe. the melodic line in the piano and flute is very nice. i really like the movement in the strings and piano. i like the bossa-nova-like percussion in the background with the repetitive dotted eighth snare clicks. good use of dynamics here, but i do feel that sometimes the melody was a little overpowered. didn't take away from the experience at all, love this track!!!!

oo this track is very nice!! the guitar seems live recorded!! i really like the improv-inspired electric piano line. the chord progression is lovely! it's a nice character theme, love it!!!!!!

woahh this one is such a turn from the last two tracks, and not a bad one at all! loving the ambience in this one. it really is befitting of the surreal plot happening while this plays. loving the timbre of the instruments here. wonderful ambient!!

ooo i rly like this track! very electronic and fitting of the scene of a laboratory. very immersive and i love your use of panning here. i do think the melody could've developed a little faster, but it's late start didn't take away from the experience at all. this track lovely and thoughtfully made, wowowowow love the development at 1:36, the chord progression is nice!

really feels like a nice chase scene!!! your plotline here is really well thought out, and i like how the events in the celebration tie into what happens in the lab. REALLY nice use of percussion here. i really feel like i can picture the events happening. this is one of my favorite tracks of yours in this submission!!!

another dark ambience captured effectively! really gives the feeling of being in an abandoned shipwreck underwater. loving the swelling ambience, almost feels like the swell of the tide. if i heard this in a game i would literally crap myself like i would be so terrified

ooo i like how this one reflects the same melodic themes introduced in the prior track! really feels like a discovery and some sort of reflection. the intense percussion is a nice touch, and i like the orchestral instrumentation here! well done!!!!

the percussion here is nice as well! hello amen break ... i like how it slowly builds into the battle theme, really befitting of a final boss theme. the climax around 2:04 is a really nice touch!!!  the way the track slowly develops and builds on itself is really reflective of the plotline so far, and the climax really ties the end together.

overall your storytelling here is top notch!!!!! i really loved following along with the OST with your plot in mind. really fun listen, thanks for sharing! :DDDDDD

ahh thanks for the thorough review!!! im really glad that my chord progressions and use of timbre shined through, my style is a lil unconventional and sometimes doesnt land well and im glad i was successful this time:]

as i said in a previous comment, i agree with the sea ambience comment... i didnt notice it until it was pointed out bc im so used to hearing those exact noises irl at length and know how to tune them out, And mixing is difficult in general in beepbox and due to my hearing issues . but im glad to hear the sea ambience was the main issue - i used to struggle with balance between the lower end and higher end and im glad that wasnt the case this time!

thanks so much!!! im glad u enjoyed listening:DDD

ahh thanks so much for the detailed response!!! i appreciate it and im glad u enjoyed listening!!! :DD

ALSO yeah. beepbox is very much some fabled elusive other universe that very few have come to understand fully ...

(1 edit)

(hey i didnt post this comment twice on accident btw. hey. hey man)

holy attention to detail... yall always make submissions that feel like actual games, especially with the attention given to your project page. yall gotta do ts for money already

gullible MORONS..... veryvery nice introductory track!!! loving the timbre of your instrumentation here, very intentional and well-thought out. loving the recognizable melodic line and the development of the bass! the dissonant guitar is a nice touch as well!

love the battle theme in the second track!!! a recognizable motif that develops throughout the track. well executed and nicely done!!!

wait this third track is so silly i adore... the simplicity is nice, and the instrumentation here is just as well executed - keeping things interesting despite the repetitive bassline ostinato. this is so me when i tap my foot and check my watch

ooo hello circus!!! i like the voiceline clips here! i like how it builds up to the more intense part of the track with more variation in the percussion and melodic line. truly feels like a circus theme! makes me feel silly and goofy

delusional MORONS..... this serves as a nice introductory track to the boss theme. i like how it serves a similar purpose to your first track while providing some nods to it as well. i'm noticing the use of the voice clip loop here as well. i really like these smaller and more subtle uses of lietmotifs and nods to previous tracks! well done!

tricks, facade, is a really nice boss track! again, i can appreciate the nods to the previous tracks laced in here! the arpeggiating melody is nice to hear as well! i like the trumpet's melody that gets interjected by from the more percussive section. the main theme is super nice and filled with dissonance! goodgood nicely executed!

oh wow the ending is super evil i dont feel joyous ... with the detuned lietmotifs (if im hearing it correctly) serving as a melody line here in a more distorted environment, im def under the impression we were the evil ones all along ... really fitting end track, though!!! a lot of thought was put into this final track!

overall this was a very nice OST to listen to! definitely takes the listener on a journey - storytelling on point! yall did a rly nice job thanks for sharing :DD

i noticed ur submission has a space theme.... u know whats also in space.... comets.... my name is comet.... no autographs please

really nice use of synthy ambience! the first track is befitting of the minecraft end dimension with that spacey vibe and that C418 feel. my only note is that the low bassy synth drone kind of hurts my ears (i have hearing problems so it may be a #skillissue on my end) but it was a lot more palatable when the piano chords began to interject. loving the chord progression you build slowly! its very impactful when all of the instruments drop out in the middle and it all slowly builds up again. this is VERY minecraft coded like i where do i even begin i literally love this style of music

first off i am NOT having a stroke </3 second off i like the chord progression you set with the synths right off the bat, fading in and out kind of like swells of an ocean. the melodic line built with the chiptune-like synth is very nice. i really like the timbre of this track specifically. you have a really good understanding of musical texture overall and the quality of this submission is quite nice!

overall this was a very nice, calming, and interesting submission. i loved listening! thanks for sharing :D

the cover art is gorgeous omg??

loving the choir in the introduction of your first track - very surreal and introduces the end-of-times feel quite effectively. this, in conjunction with the intense synths and kicks that follow overtop groaning orchestral chords develops this quite well. WOAHHH the bass?!>!??! WOAHH im obsessed with that bass guitar line the composition is literally incredible. oh my god this is wonderfully tension-filled, you orchestrated this quite well - i can't believe this only took you a week!

the use of bells and strings in your introduction to this second track have a similar effect to the choir in your first - it builds suspense into the boss theme, this time more representative to the stars than of blood. the use of percussion, the choir, synths, and polyrhythms really builds a cosmic vibe befitting of a boss battle theme. the groaning melodies fit this as well. again, the percussion is VERY nice - with the clanging instrument, despite being a minor addition, adding so much depth. the outro to this track with the strings really help bring your OST to a proper conclusion.

your submissions never fail to impress! VERY well executed and this was one of the best submissions i've heard thus far. wonderful work - i can't wait to hear more from you!!! :DDDD

loving the vibe of "setting sail"! the waltz theme is very fitting alongside the intense bassline featured in your orchestration. it really brings the swells of the ocean under the hull of a pirate ship to life. your melodic lines are well done as well, with some being more arpeggio-based and outlining the chords, while some are more independent.

ooo the intensity of your second track is very nice! it definitely feels like some sort of lead-in to a boss battle - i do wish we had more time on this jam so i could've heard what exactly comes next! i like how it switches from intense to melancholic at length throughout the song. it's very driving, but also gives the sense that the main character is reflecting on what brought them to this point. really well done!

excellent work!!! i really enjoyed listening, thanks for sharing! :D

loving the vibe of the title track! the choice in instrumentation is very nice! the melodic line is very rhythmic and super groovy, love it!! super nice!

oo loving the chill vibe of the second track while it keeps the same melodic ideas as the first track. definitely gives the feel of a "crappy ol' town you've lived in your whole life" with this nostalgic and moody vibe you've built - it truly feels like just another day. again, loving the melody!

ooo i like this battle theme! its such a vibe and i love the attention given to the changes in time signature, chord progression, and melodic lines. i wouldve loved some variation in instrumentation here to give the track more of a drive, but even without that, it's wonderfully composed! loving it!!!

ooo ur bonus track is super dark and moody i love the chord progression and the deep synth! i'm glad you chose to include it, i can definitely hear the darker tones but they don't feel out of place!

overall super fun listen! this OST is such a vibe, thank u for sharing! :]

loving the piano solo in your introduction track! beautiful composition, and that melody is so well executed!! the motif is very recognizable already and i cant wait to hear it referenced in the later tracks :]

ooo carnival by the pier is super groovy! loving the bossa nova progression in the piano-like instrument in conjunction with a lot of other instruments i associate with the beach - the guitar, congas, idiophones, etc... very thoughtful composition, nice and playful!

yet another playful theme!! definitely has the feel of a park with melodic similarities to the previous track, while presenting a completely different nostalgic vibe. nicely done!

aww this is a sweet track! the reverb definitely gives this an aquarium vibe. this track also feels very reflective. in the best way possible i could fall asleep to this its such a vibe yum

loving the chord progression in your final track! immediately recognized the motif for a second time! i like the more rhythmic and jazzy take on the motif! definitely feels like the conclusion of a journey, but simultaneously, the beginning of another! the percussion provides a lot of good drive to this piece, and i really like the bass line.

overall this was a really sweet listen and i loved following along with your storyline!!!! thanks for sharing :DDDD

beepbox is notoriously different than a lot of DAWs, i totally get you ... thanks so much for listening, i'm glad you enjoyed it!!!!! :]]]]]

omgomg thank you thank you!!!! my style, outside of what i mentioned in the reading guide, is also inspired by a lot of more retro games so i'm glad i achieved the same kind of feel!! mix is something i struggle with generally because i have hearing problems, so im glad i was successful at that as well:]

on the sea ambience, listening back, there are definitely some sections where i wish i toned it down a little, yea - again, that's in part because my ears work very well (lie), but also, i grew up near the beach and i'm so used to hearing the waves all the time that i don't think the ambience stood out that much to me until people started pointing it out. which is why i appreciate the note!!

thanks for the detailed feedback feedback, i'm thankful you enjoyed listening! i rly appreciate it!!!! :D

ahhh thanks so much!!!! im glad you enjoyed listening:]

loving the synthwave vibe right off the bat with your first track! feels very anticipative and somewhat playful, fitting of your storyline of going on a journey. i like how the melodic line in the piano develops as the song progresses! my only critique regards dynamics. make sure to keep your countermelody and harmonies lower in volume in comparison to your melody - some times it felt like the piano's melody was lost in the various accompanying harmonies the piano was playing as well. it's a beautiful composition! i just wanna hear more of that wonderful melodic line u made :DD

ooo immediately i love the continuance of the deep synth from the previous track into this one, it really makes the OST sound cohesive. liking the use of the retro synths here!! really builds that surreal and explorative vibe you're aiming to achieve. loving the development of your story through your instrumentation. i would've loved to hear some percussion alongside your composition here to give it more of a drive, but it was still a great listen nonetheless! definitely feels like the approach to a boss battle!

overall this is a great listen!!! i love ur storyline concept its so cute!!! really fun submission thanks for sharing :DDDDD

loving the energy of the first track!! loving the melodic lines!!! i don't know if it's part of your inspo, but they sound very improv-adjacent and i LOOOVE melodies like that! the bass line stepping down and jumping octaves provides a good rhythmic pulse and contrast to the melodies going on above. i love the energy of this track wowow im grooving to this, it def fits the story being painted here! the electronic theme makes me think of the games and chaos of the boardwalk, supersuper fun i love

this song is a good transition point, still maintaining that fun theme while it still feels like the main character cannot decide whether today is a bad day or not, each melodic line building a more positive line before shifting darker. this is largely due to your chord progression, which fits very nicely with your theme! again, i love the way you compose your melodies, very improv-y! when the piano had the melody around the 1:18 mark, i feel like it was a little lost under the other instruments. in general, your mixing is very well executed - there are just some Very small sections where it doesn't feel like your wonderfully composed melodic lines have space to shine through, and i wanna hear em!!!! (this may be due in part to my hearing problems, so take this w a grain of salt)

wow this one is super goofy me likey - loving the attention paid to instrumentation here! its joyous, whimsical, and chaotic - but never too busy! ok those sound effects are actually awesome i giggled irl. i like hearing what i'm interpreting to be nods to the previous two tracks in the melodic lines that return quickly to the main idea!

supersuper fun OST! it was an incredibly entertaining listen, thanks sm for sharing! :D

omg i remember listening to ur submission in OSTCJ #7 and loving it!!! excited to start listening to this one!

ooh i'm immediately loving your use of the retro instruments in this first track! i'm especially loving the bass line's chromatic movement, adding a sense of rhythm to the melodic lines. really feels like a city theme!!! nice nice nice nice!!!!!!!!!!!!

oooh hello this second song is so funky! loving the dance feel and certainly accurately feels like a battle theme. almost reminds me of mario kart at some points, honestly! loving your play on rhythms here as well!

wowow this song makes wanna tip toe around sneakily... definitely noticing the jazz inspo and loving the improv-inspired melodic lines! the electric piano solo and the tenor sax solos definitely compliment one another.

loving the boss theme take on the previous track with this fourth and final track! loving the introduction of instrumentation from the previous three tracks. again, this really has a mario kart feel to it, specifically in the synth! i love the combination of different textures here, as well! the chord progression is really nice as well!

overall this was a really nice ost and i had fun listening! loving the retro vibes used in conjunction with other genres! nicenice thanks for sharing :DDD

loving the deep strings in this first track with the interjection of various percussion instruments!!! it sounds really fun, playful, and powerful!! this is the kind of piece i'd love to play irl, really gorgeous!! the only issue here was mixing when all instruments were playing, but it wasn't to an extreme degree - the mixing you did on the percussion when it was just them and the staccato strings was very nice and balanced!!!

loving the calm intro to the second track, the short piano interjections over the soft water ambience is really lovely! this track is really playful and sweet and i love the piano and mallet sounds specifically!! the instrumentation and composition here is done well! the dissonant chord progressions in the second half of the track is quite nice. i like how it falls back into just the piano at the end, featuring a really sweet and well composed solo!

also side note the cat in ur soundcloud is actually adorable aww

really nice listen, thanks for sharing!! :DD

oo la la loving the clarinet sound in the first track! really beautiful chord progression introduced in the strings and outlined by the guitar! i like the viola solo later on as well. as someone who has been on the mediterranean coast, you're building the mediterranean seaside vibe very well, i feel like im in france of italy oo

ahh the second track is super nice as well!!! hello oboe! double reed representation ... i like the walking bass and the development of the Paths of Paper based on previous ideas introduced by Letters by the Sea. really nice and relaxing! i like the melodic line being exchanged between the strings, flute, double reed, and accordian. very cohesive and well thought out!!!

again the vibe is quite nice and i like the development of such a different yet similar track with similar instrumentation. the solo lines feel very humanized and i can almost picture an actual soloist playing along. really pulls a good nostalgic feeling out - a really sweet and feel-good track, love it!!!

overall this was a really lovely listen!!! i like your commitment to style and you really symbolized your storyline quite well. really nice listen thank u for sharing :DDDDDD

(1 edit)

your first track, fast road, is a wonderful introductory track! i love the guitar and bassline used in conjunction with the diverse and energetic percussion! the melody is quite nice as well - i like how you start with one idea, and build on it as the track progresses. it's not repetitive at all and instead keeps things recognizable and interesting! i really like the bass line as well!! well done!!

loving the jazzy percussion in "the lobby"... ooohh vibe and electric piano this is very much a nice little jazz theme!!! the instruments are very humanized and sound live! well done as well, same thing as the last track - you start with one idea and build on it and add melodic and instrumentation variation as the track progresses n im so here for that! im obsessed with that vibraphone line too ahh

the third track is fittingly energetic and panicked without doing too much and going beyond the genre you've built - really has that investigative vibe!! you achieved this well through the guitar ostinato as well as the repeating piano line. wowow love this

your final track is nicely executed as well! i like the effects you've placed on the instruments and the timbre of the track is achieved well, and fitting of the vibe of Melinda reflecting on everything that's happened so far. very somber track, love it!!!

ahh overall this was such a good listen and i like the level of storytelling youve put into this track! i saw in the comments that you didn't have much time to complete this submission, but for that being the case, this is really well done. my only critique is with the balance of instrumentation; sometimes i feel like the lower melodic lines like in the guitar would overpower the melody, but it didn't take away from my enjoyment in the slightest - like i said, for you having had little time to complete this, it's very well done and i really enjoyed listening!!!

wowowow i loved listening to this one!!!! thanks for sharing!!!! :DDDDD

omgomg and that's kind of what i was aiming for so i'm glad i was successful!!! highkey loved ur submission so it means a lot that u like mine as well!!!! thank u so much for listening im glad u liked it :DD

omgomg thank u so much! i appreciate your feedback - i cant believe you remember godhood!! tysm for listening i'm glad you enjoyed it!!!! :]

for 12PM i like the flowing synths and your chord is really nice!!! the ambience of the ocean is rly nice

4AM is really pretty and i love your use of idiophones!!!!! really pretty wowow

5AM is nice and i like the panning synths!!!!! really enjoyable and i like how the mixing develops as it goes on, it has a cool little underwater feel! the vibe is fire its a nice and calm ambience track this one is probably my favorite

i really liked this last track! my only thing is that its pretty repetitive and simple - i wouldve loved a more complex melodic line to follow and more variation in your composition as the track progressed. the quality is super good though and its a pretty listen!!!

(1 edit)

this one is very nice!!!! i like the chord progression in ur first song, and i liked your variance in instrumentation!!

same thing with the second one, i love the chill vibes and u build variation through the song quite well!!!!

my only thing is i would've loved a more detailed plotline to have a storyline to follow!

usually i would write more of a comment but im about to leave my dorm for a class, so if u want more of my thoughts lmk!! it was an enjoyable listen thank u for sharing:]]

ahh thanks so much for listening!!! i appreciate the feedback and im glad u enjoyed it!! :]]]

thank u for listening!!:] yesyes i did use the ocean sound effect quite a bit, my aim was to have them serve more as white noise (for instance, when you're on the beach, that's kind of what they become) so it can be more impactful when they drop out - like in decrystallized and triquetra. but i definitely could've used more variance in the ambience and did intend to, beepbox is very restrictive unfortunately</3

i appreciate the feedback tho, i hope you enjoyed listening!:D

thanks so much for listening!!! also, u caught me - that is 100% the earthbound guitar, although layered w another guitar preset to make it less obvious 💔💔 i'm really glad u enjoyed it, i appreciate the thorough review!! :DD

really goog

(1 edit)

omgomg thanks so much for such detailed feedback!!!! theres definitely a lot of toby fox inspo in my composition style, ur right! ahh im really glad u enjoyed thanks for listening!!:DDD

thank u so much for listening and leaving feedback!!!! im rly thankful u enjoyed it! :DD

lololl loulou is actually inspired by my own dog and is designed to look similarly to her! but i definitely see the resemblance now that you've pointed it out i will never unsee this

also i get the dynamics critique! mixing and dynamics is notoriously hard to achieve on beepbox - maybe i should've decrescendo'd a bit at 1min26 in maritime when it switches to the 3/4 swing, so i get where you're coming from! i really appreciate the detailed feedback!!! i haven't actually listened to some of the other OSTs you've mentioned, so i'll definitely have to take a listen once the jam's over!

thanks so much for taking the time to listen, i'm glad you enjoyed it! :]]]

u know me word vomit incoming

oo liking this introduction already! the ambience in the background to represent war is a nice touch, providing excellent contrast with the piano ostinato. i like how you use it to transition to the main section of the track. i like how open and high the melody is over the deeper strings, spreading the song apart and making it seem more surreal, all while feeling like the beginning of an adventure due to the choices in instrumentation. very fitting for a main menu theme!!

loving the mysteriousness of the second track! i like how the melody is more complex over the piano theme. it's simple and minimalistic, but in a way that builds the character of lady death perfectly.

loving the chord progression in your third track! i'm feeling a vibe of doom intermixed with hope, which is likely befitting in a time of war. i notice the motif references the title track in a way, which is a super nice touch! this is a track that really shows that less is more - the pitched instrumentation is minimal and not in a way that is poor - it's minimal in a good way, where it paints the landscape as more "barren and foresaken," i suppose, which is in line with the theme of death i'm noticing in your submission. very nice track!!!

i really like the connection with your own culture in this soundtrack with the Ankou! it's a really cool theme and i liked reading about it and listening to your OST in that context! this is really well done and i enjoyed listening, thanks for sharing!:]]

(1 edit)

oo the opening is equally beautiful as it is powerful! i love the use of texture to combine the more deeper broader instruments of low brass with the higher pitched woodwinds, strings, and percussion! it really makes the track feel like the start of a journey its really nice!! i also immediately identified the main motif (the do-re-fa pattern) which, after seeing you talk about working on lietmotifs, is really a good thing for the future tracks!

mountain town is so playful and sweet love it! and i immediately called the lietmotif, i recognize the melody in the flute - i like how you expand on it and add more depth and personality to bring the hometown theme to life.

lovely theme ahh its so sweet!! loving the use of the glockenspiel and plucked strings that build into a grand crescendo, really reminds me of the coast! again with that lietmotif... you know exactly where to put it bravo. also that grand ritardando near the end woa

ouuu this definitely sounds like an ocean theme!!! the instrumentation, again, was done perfectly to create the underwater feel with your use of xylophone, bongos, brass, and the harp in particular. really gorgeous i heart this track

starting off strong with the lietmotif in the brass... definitely sounds like some sort of buildup that releases into something else with the introduction of the harp arpeggios!! def aura farming... beautiful track yum

definitely sounds like a cutscene sequence where the main character is undergoing rigorous training and growth ... its beautiful!!! i like how it builds from the staccato plucked strings into the slower brass section as it feels like the protagonist unlocks her potential, before fading into the piano solo with the ocean ambience as it feels like she's reflecting on her journey so far. love this one btw

oo boss fight.....  i like how it's melodically similar to the track prior to it as if she's finally achieving what she came here to do!  very intense and well made, you can hear the emotion of the main character in the chord progression and melodic lines and i heart the attention to detail yayay the slow ending is super wonderful too

oh nahh this piano outro is so sad and nostalgic ill cry the use of the synths outlining the piano alongside the ambience in the background adds SOOO MUCH depth and color!!!! such a sad and reflective but fitting ending aughhghgh

this track is super fleshed out i love it!! contrary to what others have said, I didnt have any problems w the mixing ... i think your intention was accomplished super well and nothing such as mixing took away from the experience at all (i do also have hearing problems so take this w a grain of salt). i loved it thank u for sharing!! :DDD

i can already tell this OST is gonna be such a fun listen - the opening track is simple yet your use of panning and a simple melodic line over a more chaotic bassline gives the track the playful vibe u were going for love it

omg the second track is so silly i love the waltz vibe as richard finally begins his journey of. sneaking out and being evil!!! its beautifully composed and again i love ur use of panning

woa hello boss sequence this is so well composed!!!! your use of polyphony here is very well done and the harmonies are well outlined by the percussion and bassline! super fun listen im groovin highkey wowowowow

bitch stole my walker!!!!!!!!!! i like how intense this track is while maintaining the playful and nonserious vibe of the whole game concept. i like the repetitive motif that interjects through the melodic line as all the instruments come together to play it yayay

emergency exit uh oh richards getting out sb get him get him - intense track fitting of a chase sequence, loving the combo of the deep instrument alongside the mosquito synth instrumentation is great

there he go he out that hoe byebye richard - great ending track!!! really brings a sense of completion to the story and definitely sounds like a victory theme

wow i loved listening to this!!! this OST is so fun and the plotline is sososososo silly im obsessed!!! thanks for sharing:]

nice and subtle intro with a beautiful melodic line from the guitar! introduces the theme of nostalgia very well! oo and then it picks up w the percussion i love that, im really loving how you started with the guitar motif and repeat it throughout this track and build up variance in instrumentation that makes every measure seem new! this track is a really effective introduction and i love the indie rock vibe im getting at the halfway point. i almost wish there were lyrics to sing along with because this is such a beautiful instrumental and i'm obsessed!! i like how it falls down in intensity and starts to build up again in a similar way - literally this track is sooo indie rock i love it ahhughg

same thing with this track, a great introduction from the guitar to introduce the reflective and nostalgic theme! you build it up in a much similar way with the driving force being variation in the instrumentation. i wish there were lyrics to go along with this one too. the introduction of the high staccato synth is, while simple, a very nice touch and adds just enough magic to the piece. i like how it leads into the change in the guitar motif as well! wowowow the music drops for a second and comes back feeling more magical with the use of a suspended cymbal and synth its super cool!! the piano solo in the outro over the spacey synths is super beautiful as well

ahhh this OST is super cool i love me sm indie rock!!!!!!!!! this was such a great listen ty for sharing :]

cool piano solo in your opening track! i think the bass provides a great amount of harmonic support in its entrance - despite the melody being a repetitive motif, it signifies the chord progression quite well. noticed the nod towards deltarune's sanctuary in there! i do agree with what doozybootz said about mixing, when the brass instrument comes in i can't really hear it and wouldve loved to hear more! (i also have hearing problems so that may be it)

the second track sounds super magical! love the chord progression and how the melodic line mirrors that of the first track with the repetitive motif. i could definitely feel the magical city vibe in your composition here! i wouldve loved to hear more variation in instrumentation, but it's still a beautiful composition and it feels like something i would hear from a much older and retro gaming system wowow

great work! thanks for sharing:D

love the light synths in the introduction used in conjuction with the bass guitar and piano! the texture is great and well crafted in this song - it doesn't feel like there's much dead air! i like how the track develops slowly as it progresses, never feeling too repetitive or redundant. you take an idea, and build off of it, and i'm so here for that its super fire

nice percussion in the second piece! i like the piano arpeggios and its nice how the bass outlines the melody. the wave synth functions the same which is quite nice! in this track in particular, since it is more open, i wouldve loved some more complexity and melodic variance like harmonies - but the lack of which isn't a bad thing, i feel like the openness brings a higher sense of calm to the track befitting of a "night walk"!!!

really great listen!! thanks for sharing! :]

beautiful intro, loving your use of the clarinet-like woodwind in the intro to build dissonance! the piano and the strings that enter later give the track a wonderful drive to it. OOOH it just picked up wow i love the electric guitar and the drums!! electric guitar solo go crazy i love it!! i like how you return to the same idea offered at the beginning to close out the piece!!

ooo summer heat is super groovy, the bass line is fire! the intro of the piano halfway through is a nice change, with a more legato and dark chord progression interjecting through the otherwise upbeat and groovy track, and the call and response between the guitar and the piano is a nice touch as well!

night at the docks takes the same vibe as the track that comes before it and slows things down, creating a super chill atmosphere while not straying from theme. i like how you structured this track really similarly to summer heat, making the OST feel really cohesive, down to the introduction of the piano around a similar mark. however, the roles of the guitar and piano are switched, with the piano outlining the guitar's melodic line as opposed to the opposite. ooo and the clarinet-like instrument is back with a similar motif as was offered in the intro! really nice touch and great use of lietmotifs!

i like how one summer night feels like an actual song, while simultaneously bringing that theme of nostalgia effectively through your chord progression! the melodic line does this the same way with the repetitive "do-ti-do-sol" motif! the percussion is very nice as well and i like how this track seems very realistic and playable!

oo wow beautiful ending track already!!! highlighting your previous tracks in multiple instruments, including the bass, is a nice touch!!! i could pinpoint the main motif very well - it definitely retells the journey well. again, really nice use of lietmotifs!!!! it makes this track seem super nostalgic and reflective and accurately feel like the end of a long journey. wowow love it hello picardy third at the end

overall this was a really wonderful OST and i had lots of fun listening!!! thanks for sharing:]

woahhh loving the synths in the first track!! great timbre going on, and i love the use of panning and dynamics here!!! chord progression is very beautiful as well! ooo and the addition of the bass and percussion gives a drive to the melody, the vibes r so fire! i like how the track keeps developing as it progresses, including the change in chord progression about halfway through. it gives a sense of mystery to the track, befitting of the theme of a friend going missing - and then it jumps back to major, offering that sense of nostalgia again. nice nice nice!!!

woa electric moonlight is so fire??? the acid bass-like synth(i think) adds such a nice groove to the track!! sometimes i feel like it overshadows the melody, but it was nothing that subtracted from the experience!!! the chromatic movement is fire too, really groovy track wait i love it

oooh i love the buildup of the background synths under the piano motif!! feels super creepy and has a lil bit of that "lovecraftian vibe" u were trying to achieve. really nice and magical, i think im like levitating out of my seat woa

wow electric piano go hard i like the mysterious vibes presented by your outro track!! the bass that chimes in underneath sounds super glitchy and distorted which i live for, its a motif id almost expect to hear in a terraria track. i like how you have a lot going on in this track but it never feels too dense or complex as the instrumentation develops gradually. the piano solo is super cool too!!!! and the use of vocal synths adds another layer of mystery as well super super cool

wowow i love this!!! this was a super fun listen, great work:DD

THANK U!!!! im happy u enjoyed it!! :]]
