I wasn't sure how to even use the library at school, but maybe it hints to what the forest wants.

Maxed out my boobs and hips for the horny tree, but he still won't help me. 

Stuck trying to find out what's next. 

If you go north and a bit east of the hut, you'll find an orange tree. From the center of that tree, go south, when you hit a red tree, go west. This will take you to the gray scale forest. 

Saw this in the last patch notes. What does this mean?

To me the hint reads to go from an orange tree to a red one, and these are supposed to be in the lost forest? I can't find them anywhere here.

See I thought page 17 would lead somewhere, I just couldn't find initial marker. I'll have to go back and give it more attempts. Thanks!

I definitely know where that protein recipe is. I didn't think it was a recipe, so much as just lore.
The Mainframe PC is what I can't access anymore, but I did hit it before I got transformed, so maybe if I get the protein recipe it'll help.
The Site Zeta is the one you reach going from the arc trees, to the purple tree, right?
I know there's some data at the computer but they want a level 3 or 4 key, which I don't know how to get from the lab to the forest.

I have no idea how to progress. 

The lab seems to have two paths when you start with the You either get the saw, or the Lvl2 Key and C-beta.

With the Lv2 Key you can access the "Suit room" and the room with the penis monster and empty vials. 

The console there is blinking for me, like I can interact with it, and in previous runs it used to make protein, but now it does nothing for me. 

I can cut off the arm of the frozen person, thaw it, but not sure what to do it with. 

I can cut off pieces of the squidrabbit for some reason. 

A machine needs a canister I don't know where to find, and I can't go east or west past the scanner due to my Squidrabbit/facehugger appearance. 

Help answers, or even clues or hints, would help.

If there is, I don't know how to bring dream items back to reality, if at all possible. 

It's in the forest. You probably saw a shiny that you couldn't pick up? That's because it's in the tree.
