Ok i gave to confess i didn’t notice where the radio was, i picked up like 22 wood when i realized i had to come back lol, obviously this type of game is very challenging for a short jam but somehow running the errands made sense.

Rewarding game loop, I would love to see more challenging levels in the future!

Thank you! I like playing puzzle games, doing one was certainly challenging, specially figuring out how difficult they could be to solve.

Thank you, love the feedback!, i did wanted to add more levels, and also had the idea to change the color scheme the less isolated the character became, so at the end everything would be colorful, happy, and less isolated, but had to edit out some ideas in order to meet the delivery in time.

As other have mentioned there are several bugs that make experiencing the game difficult, there are some good ideas around the theme and prerequisite, i would suggest editing out the scope of the game next time to accommodate for the jam time constrains

Fun game, fits the theme well, loved the pause at the end of the transition when you hit a spike!

Fun game, i think some extra statistics other than score could add some extra incentive to keep playing, it would be nice to get some reward as a player other than the nuke for a sense of achievement.

I think some balancing is needed or maybe a defense mechanic, the fight pattern is easily identifiable which is good, but the interaction doesn’t reward in my opinion following the patter, the style and writing is good!

It is interesting the concept of having to manage the light over time, however some improvements to the lighting could help it, it felt too dark to navigate, the enemies seem to do too little damage too, so maybe some balancing could really improve the overall experience

It is easy to underestimate how challenging a well balanced platformer can be, good job!

It’s fun to hurry up to type before the zombie get’s you, as you know the bugs do affect the experience, but it is a nice entry. Another thing that could make it more interesting would be to add some extra details besides score, maybe i just like numbers.

Awesome animations, and sounds! would be nice to have the player figure what cables to fix so the solution is not fix all cables but fix the required cables or something.

Interesting idea, maybe some sound effects and a clearer progress bar would add a ton to the game, some minor details bring things together

You got the mechanics in there, now the step to make a game loop comes, this game will serve you well as a base for several more. Just have in mind to present challenges to the player, for example the press space on the right moment mechanic is lacking the right moment part, i can spam spacebar all the time and will get resources regardless.

Very good concept, i think some tweaking to the phase of the game will benefit it a lot, also adding some music and some incentive to engage the playe.

Fun concept! Small suggestion, maybe they key to select improvement at the end of a round could be a different key than the shoot key, many times i was trying to shoot ( i spammed enter since they shooting speed was a bit low) and i accidentally “choose” and upgrade without even getting a change to choose, also not sure it was there and never got it but a firing rate or firing speed upgrade would have been nice.

Awesome puzzles! level 8 was really satisfying, the music gives a good mood to the game. I’m not sure if it only happened to me but the top banner flickered a lot and there is a little noise jump when track loops, minor improvements for future games.

Awesome game! It really fits everything!

So i went mad lol, The toilet buff was really funny, overall it felt interesting, however the hit area of the incoming bats or thoughts was a bit difficult to land, something to potentially improve on your next one!

Amazing presentation and spot on on the prerequisite and presentation, i do think maybe some tweaking to the bullets may improve it, maybe even if it auto shoots and the arrows just aim?

Awesome mechanics and game play, however i had to play it twice to read the whole story, maybe the conversation could continue even if you leave the room? or maybe you can’t leave the room until story is done? perhaps a larger room to give time for the text to end?

Hey thanks for the feedback, I’ll explore giving time to the hints in order to balance the difficulty in the future! If it makes you feel better i don’t think you got lucky but maybe you have more experience with Puzzle games, my testers were fairly new to the genre and it took them quite some time. I didn’t wanted each puzzle to be super long but i did wanted to make more levels, and that’s when time got me!

I retried so many times lol what a noob

I like the game idea and aesthetics, but i felt like i was just spamming spacebar until level changed often missing out on the text it came with, maybe some limitation on the frequency a player can switch the light, or another mechanic that rewards careful timing instead of spamming would make it more enjoyable, at least for me. Overall it was fun.

Fun game, couldn't make it past level 3, maybe my skill is too low, but i feel everything is too big and difficult to navigate, i liked the portal idea, the FPS ability sounds like a good deal but i feel it should also slow attack rate, because once the ability wears out all the things come at you too close to each other.
