I'm not a composer (I can barely read sheet music tbh), but this is such an incredible creative tool! It's easy enough for a complete novice like me to get the idea of what this piece would sound like and then I can imagine how that melody would fit into a literary scene that I could write. It does such an excellent job at giving creative direction for writing prompts while suggesting ideas in a non-verbal/textual way. It's not very often that a writer can get their own randomly self-generated prompt using different senses like this! Excellent work!

This really is such a sweet little game! If you don't mind, at some point I'd like to make a new sheet with a lot more flower options. I found that I had a lot of repeats in my playthrough and I kept thinking of other options to add to the chart. Victorian flower language and cultural symbolism are some of my current hyperfixations. I've already got a list started, now it's just a matter of remembering to do the thing lol
As a lover of Clerks, this feels very true to the source material. In the movie, Dante is so easily swept up in the antics and emotions of the wide variety of people who come into Quickstop and it's through these interactions that we slowly start to figure out just what kind of a guy he really is. One of my favorite things about the 5 Min E games is how this is the way our characters take shape too. (At least for me,) normally you don't have a concrete plan for who this person is and you find them as you write about the experiences they go through. I haven't written mine yet, but I've got a vast catalogue of dorky discussions that I've always envisioned in a Kevin Smith movie and I can't wait to get started. Awesome job!
Also I'm sure there's no need for apologies to Kev, I'm sure he'd adore this! I'd imagine his only criticism is that there aren't enough dick jokes or Batman reference, but I guess that's our job to put them in there XD
I just want to give a quick thank you for allowing community copies. The world is hard and scary right now and I know myself and many others are finding we can't afford the hobbies we used to have. Sharing your creativity with others without requiring payment is so selfless and a real gift. Thank you<3
