I enjoyed the intro! I'm glad that the cutscenes aren't too long, and I am glad that there are lots of objects to interact with. I found the utter lack of resistance to the call to adverture to be refreshing and fun! My only critiques would be the lack of right-click menu opening/closing. My hopes (you do you, as it's your project, of course! :D) are to see much more art, some same-size vore, a weight gain system / more sprite stages, and even more colourful characters (I like the writing)! Looking forward to the next stage of development. If you started a Patreon, I'd support you.

In your MacOS terminal:
cd "/path to your folder that contains the game"
(use the quotation marks at the beginning and end of your path)
Then:
chmod +x "Game.app/Contents/MacOS/nwjs"
Next, right click and Open the game as you normally would. Then, select Done. Then, go to your Privacy and Security Settings and scroll down to "Security". There, select: "Open Anyway" --> "Open Anyway". After that, each time you launch it by clicking on the game normally, it should work. If that doesn't work, it means that your MacOS's Gatekeeper has quarantined the applicaiton. Can't help you with that.
I was curious about the MacOS version --- it was built on chromium 88, therefore it is not compatible with non-Intel-CPU MacOS computers (which is most of them, following 2022). Just thought you should know, in case you are able to fix it by repackaging the .app with a more recent version of the MacOS release tools in RPGMaker MZ. Cheers!
I do not mean any offence. I only ask because, when I was a teenager, I almost died of an eating disorder. My heart rate was down to 20BPM, my organs auto-canibalized, and I couldn't stop exercising. If this game rewards restrictive eating / treats fatness as undesirable, then I cannot play it in sound conscience. If it is more nuanced, I'd appreaciate the elaboration. If my question seems unreasonable, then: my apologies for taking up your time.
