Thanks! Yeah, you can upgrade the towers with 20 wood/stone, 2 corpses & I think 30 or 40 gold, I can't recall right now. The first upgrade speeds up the fire rate and the second upgrades the damage output per shot. I definitely plan to add more active combat if I come back to the game with the player getting spells and having minions that would have follow the player around and would auto-attack nearby enemies. My eventual plan was to make the enemies more intelligent to where they'd actually attack the towers themselves and you'd be actively defending your towers as well to a degree.

Thanks for the feedback. I have been able to make it round 12 or so myself before reaching a point where the enemies can't make any ground. The wave logic definitely needs a lot more work and overall balancing is very much needed.

Looks like you didn't upload the game for HTML5 and name it Index.html

Really loved the art, music and SFX. I think the UI could use some more polish for sure but overall a great start. Maybe adding some more variety and levels in the future if you keep working on this?

Thanks! Definitely would benefit from putting a tutorial together.

I really appreciate the feedback. If I keep working on the project more, I definitely will be balancing things out better and adding a proper tutorial to help new players. Also adding a barrier to keep the player from falling into the void haha

Thank you! I was really aiming to nail the vibes of a silly spooky halloween game and I'm glad that was successful. I definitely plan to work on doing a tutorial if I keep working on the project in the future.

Thanks for the positive feedback! I might keep working on it at some point, but I also have like 5-6 other projects I want to continue as well, haha!

Sorry, I didn't have much time to put a proper tutorial together. I tried to make it as intuitive as possible, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

Thanks for the feedback. Could you elaborate what you'd like to see changed with the camera? Like a zoom in/out function?

Thanks! Those are some great ideas, I was thinking something similar and I also wanted more of a sprawling level with multiple zones. But with my limited time I needed to make sure what I did have was polished enough to be presentable.

Thanks! Yeah, if I had more time I definitely would've made more levels or at least a longer one.

Very creative to do a typing game, took me a minute to figure out how to start but once I did the rest was pretty intuitive. More clear descriptions of the popups would be nice in-game.

Fun minigames! Good feedback with sounds, the death/piano one is bit tough but that's not a bad thing. Good start to a prototype!

Thanks! I gave 80 rounds of reserve ammo, should've been plenty. Maybe the reload button wasn't working for you? Thank you for the kind words, and yeah the zombies can get overwhelming but that was semi-intentional.

Thanks! Definitely should have added some VO, just didn't think about it.

Cannot see the game, I think the embedded size is way too small. Highly recommend allowing for it to be fullscreen so that you can actually see the game.

Interesting concept, would like the ability to just start the race if I'm done placing pegs or maybe a limit to how  many pegs can be placed.

Looks great, extremely difficult to understand how the ammo works and how to reload. Could not actually use the nail gun and melee felt floaty and didn't hit most of the time. Impressive visuals given the short time-frame though. It's a good start!

Really like the concept! I'd definitely play a fully finished version, good job!

Wow that difficulty curve really ramps up quick. Didn't make it far, but I loved the "pew" sound effects. Good start!

Thanks!

Thanks! Yeah, the blimps are running on some very basic AI code. I didn't have enough time to put together a more advanced AI, we had to scrap a lot of the scope in order to make something playable by the jam's end-date. We had story missions all planned with comic-book cutscenes, the works. My awesome team actually all want to keep working on this after the Jam is over so expect more in the future!

Thanks! Yes, the intention was to be very arcade-ish, and the handling definitely needs some tuning. I'm a massive airplane nerd myself! I actually was training to be a commercial pilot until my son came along. The setting is supposed to be kind of a spiritual successor to Crimson Skies. I grew up playing those games and just love the atmosphere and everything from those games.

Haha good job! I need to do some optimizing later on, there was supposed to be an enemy cap based on time but new enemies just keep spawning in haha

Gotcha, thanks! Nice job!

I'll have to try again later today. At least from the screenshots it looks good haha

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it.

Really neat idea! The endings definitely need to have just a button to proceed instead of a timer that auto-resets the game. I could only find 3/5 endings, couldn't quite figure out where to go to get the other endings. Nice job though!

Gave me a good chuckle, nice job!

I really like the high-contrasting art style and music is really good. I look forward to more later on!

Satisfying backfire on the gun, though I think the jump and fire buttons are both mapped to space. Not sure if that's intentional or not. Also, how to you buy bullets from the shop? I could open it but none of the keys would buy more bullets

Not sure if it's just me, but I couldn't activate the switch at the beginning and when I download the desktop version, it's getting flagged for viruses.

Interesting game, I like the multiple endings. Got stumped for a little bit until I stumbled on to the phone charger. Nice job!

So bizarre, definitely a creative take on the theme

A literal cliff-hanger. Nice!

Very fun concept, but in practice the game is extremely difficult. Which I think is a hilarious irony and accurate with how difficult it is to actually be productive. Could use some more polish mechanic wise but it still gave me a good chuckle. Art and music are great!

A very interesting proof of concept game

Very silly game. I feel like I can suitably fit in with the robots in the coming apocalypse.
