I like & recommend it. 👌👍

Understood, thanks for the heads up. Great Avn btw.

Will 4.5 or 4.6 be made available for free?

If so, rough time table? Cheers!

When you check for an update for the first time in ages... and it was made available 6 hours ago  🤯🫡🙏👍!

Thank you, much appreciated!

First of all, I wish the creator/developer all the best in regards to their health, as I can empathize. Keep battling & best of luck!

I really like this AVN and am sad to learn there's little hope it gets finished, especially after a strong start with a potentially interesting hook/twist.

The following section isn't meant to dump on this AVN, it's constructive criticism. The section is longer because I'm passionate about this projects untapped potential, given the creator's talent & ability to write banter.

My only constructive criticism/observation is, excessive & inefficient dialogue (scene bloat).

Summarized: Random, charming & quippy  tangents morph into long, drawn out & pointless conversations stuffed with Marvel quipps that triple-down on themselves, often killing the scene & story momentum.

Over time, the story becomes weighed down by the aforementioned inefficient dialogue (which feels more self-indulgent than disorganized), inadvertently creating a less engaging & more exhaustive experience.

It isn't as bad as it sounds, it's just unfortunate, as the quipps are decent & all the other aspects of this AVN are solid.

Had the writing been more focused/efficient, the same effort would've likely progressed the plot further, providing more charming & quippy content.

I'll definitely follow this developer regardless, and hope their health improves regardless of if they choose to continue this project. But here's to hoping. Cheers!

A really solid AVN! I'm not into everything this AVN threw at me & appreciated how easily I could close unwanted romantic routes, and how gracefully the you executed said decisions within the story. Lucy & Grace are my fav character designs, as thet consistently look great regardless of the lighting conditions.

As an animator, I only have 1 piece of constructive feedback, some animations look robotic, like limbs/torso/hip joints haven't been animated. (Example: Lucy on top near the end of Ch.13, was particularly jarring. Happy to offer a couple quick tips to minimize animation workload & increase quality, if you want.)

Outside of that, it's really solid & only sticks out because of how good the rest of your AVN is. I'll definitely follow Zargon_Games and look forward to any future updates.

Best of luck in regards to your personal life! We look forward to experiencing the next chapter after your own life's sorted out & you're feeling creatively motivated/inspired. Cheers!

Congrats on evolving your animation skillsets, it's more artistic & less mathematical than coding and as such can be frustrating AF if it's not quite right. Love the free version and will likely contribute next month! Cheers & thanks again for making a great avn.

(Ps- As a former 3D animator, if you ever want free visual feedback or advice on pg/non-nude versions of your animations that aren't right, I'd be happy to help offer technical insight/advice & give back to a positive community.)

LoL yeah hello again, I always leave a comment for a great game or avn that's kind enough to offer a free version when they clearly don't have to & give people the credit they deserve, when they speak up.

Thanks again for the great recommend!

You're welcome, it's one of the best AVN's I've experienced, at worst 5th best all time. And as a trained 3d animator & writer I understand what's required on certain fronts. As for coding, I can't imagine how difficult it must be.

I'll likely be $  contributing to your cause in near the future, all because of a game recommendation made by a friendly random commenter:

I dunno of you give referrals, but they even defended Between Humanity after misinterpreting the poorly worded/executed sarcasm (my fault, now rectified) in my response on Eternum's page.

I'm excited to read whatever comes next in Between Humanity, cheers!

I thought it was fantastic! My mistake, I didn't convey my sarcasm with the same skill.  I've gone back & edited my answer to hopefully show that I really liked it, as neither the game or your endorsement deserve bad press 👍. I just didn't like when it ended... because I wanted more lol! It's one of my fav's for sure!

My bad! 😅

Genuinely sad, as "Between Humanity" left me feeling disappointed, 🙁.

Not only was I unable to detect any spelling mistakes 😯🤔, but was enjoying B.H.'s narrative when I abruptly slammed into Chapter 3's "Currently the End" screen 😢. I was lost & unhappy, especially after having bought in the characters, story & animation.

Also, I most definitely hadn't  binge-played my way into the aforementioned "End" screen 😏, nor immediately checked itch, for update info.

When someone recommended "Between Humanity" I went into it with an option mind, but never expected it to become a personal favourite 🙂🫡! Great job, I look forward to whatever comes next, cheers!

Genuinely sad, as "Between Humanity" left me feeling disappointed, in a different way than Eternum 🙁. While Eternum ruled above the rest, Between Humanity was one the rare exception that held its own.

After abruptly running into Chapter 3's "Currently the End" screen, I was lost & sad that the game had the audacity to end 😡🫤🙃!? Unacceptable! Especially after having bought in the characters, story & animation 🤩. Also... I most definitely wasn't hooked... nor was I captivated/binge-playing my way into the aforementioned "End" screen...

Joking aside, I immediately checked itch, for update info.  It's definitely one of my fav's, thanks for the recommendation!

Any hope of an Android/oculus version?

Thanks, it sounds solid, I'll also add Mist to the list!

Much appreciated, I'll definitely check it out!

Agreed, this game's quality definitely altered how I view the genre & what I play for more than 5 min.

LoL thanks 😁🙏! Yeah Eternum is great in every regard. I graduated post secondary as an animator in digital animation so I've got an idea of how much work's gone into this, from assets to lighting, animations, etc.! I also really liked My Bully is my Lover, but never played Between Humanity, so I'll give that a shot, thanks for the suggestions, much appreciated!

What a let-down 😳🤨... Eternum was my 1st AVN, and after having played 20+ more, I've discovered just how rare 10/10 AVNs are. I assumed the genre would be overflowing with experiences of similar professional quality. #Disappointed

So I've returned to pay my respects & praise Eternum 🔥🙂👍... my 1st & favourite AVN. #1stInForm #TopOfTheClass #WellDone

Really solid & well made!

Newer (& shorter) than most, but I prefer quality over longer playthroughs of lower quality. This has the potential to become one of the best AVNs on here.

Apologies but are Chapters 1-9 still available for android? New to avn.

Sounds good, my initial reason for posting was genuinely just to compliment the game, but I greatly appreciate the speed with which you mods have responded to issues. Thanks for all your hard work!

Thanks for the swift response, ironically I just experienced my 1st bug. (It just self corrected after an hour+ of gameplay, oddly).

I entered the university maze, encountered the plant, but the battle music continued through the entire maze, plus back at the house & into the next morning. I wasn't sure if it was meant as tense bg music or a bug until returning back to the house. Tried reloading, rebooting device but it persists.

- Fixed itself? As I typed this... - the battle music played through Cait's towel conversation, but the proper soundtrack returned after as I spawned in living room.

As for favourites, I appreciate how the different personalities play & bounce off eachother during the good & bad.

But my fav is Caitlin. Not usually  into the shy type, but always a fan of kind & respectful women who aren't overly entitled.

A genuinely impressive game with a unique story, full of diverse characters. All of which are consistent in their behaviours & actions. (Which should be expected, but quite a few Hollywood productions write characters who change personalities/motivations on a dime so "X" can happen, without justification).

While I'm not finished, I already felt I should give my compliments to the chef! Well done!

Conclusion? A TOP 5 Visual Novel experience. Hoping Cosy Cafe 3 releases in 2025.

1. Overall, the writing is quite decent, especially for the genre.

2. Quality renders & higher fidelity models than most, (playable on standalone Quest 3).

3. Creates uniquely identifiable female characters, in terms of individual traits & behaviours, while the protagonist thinks, speaks & behaves his age.

* Hopes/Dreams of an animator/writer.*

* If Part 2 was Act 2/3, it only lacked a heavy & personal "dark night of the soul" experience, or substantial setback involving self-doubt, danger/injury/breaking point/etc. wherein all his women activate to temporarily perform his different roles while nurturing him back to health mentally/physically/emotionally/etc. in the nick of time, as he's done for them.

* The only feature stopping this game from  being the absolute best-in-class, would be important long-term character branching decisions (not just cutscene specific visuals), with major ramifications/rewards/etc.

But having dealt with that myself, I'm aware of how it increases everyone's workload & complicates matters tenfold... so I understand why few companies go that route.
