Hi. It's a 'C64 Binary' image, so you get a .CRT file (EasyFlash Format). It should run on devices attached to a real CBM64 such as: EFIII, KungFU Flash, Ultimate 1541 II+. I run it on my EFIII Cartridge on my 1984 PAL CBM64.

Thanks for the Update.
- But Cartridge Save is still broken for me. I am playing the game on a physical Easy Flash III, running on a stock PAL CBM64. (I see that the Manual now has the preferred save option to disc).

Hi. Easyflash save game does not work for me (when I try to load it). I can save to disk and load back from it okay.
I'm running the game from an EFIII cartridge on a CBM64 (PAL).
