Oh I see. I've had that problem too, it can be really frustrating. Thank you for the reply.

Got it. Thanks for the reply.

Yep, that’s true.

Thank you for the detailed response.

This was really addicting. I had no idea what I was doing, but it was fun. I did run into one issue though. After using the revive, the buttons stopped working and I had to exit the game.

It reminded me of The Hunger Games and the Cube movies. It could’ve been more entertaining with a story. Also, the boss didn’t move at all, which made it too easy.

It was interesting, but it could use more variety and randomness.

This doesn’t feel like a finished project. The jumping is horrible, and in the second level I couldn’t jump onto the boxes to move forward.

This is a genius puzzle game idea, and it’s also super funny at the same time. I really loved it, but it has two major issues. The moving platforms are horrible and extremely difficult to time and use correctly. Jumping on electricity to create jump points is also very difficult. It took me about 40 minutes to beat 3 levels .

Just like Valve games, this needs a lot of playtesting. Trust me, this game has the potential to become huge.

The music, design, and sense of speed were awesome, but it needs a scoring system so it doesn’t feel pointless. It could also use more variety in the obstacles and their spawn points, since they became repetitive pretty quickly.

This game could’ve been super fun, but a few issues held it back. My shooting and bullets were invisible, so I couldn’t see them. There was no scoring or level system, which made killing the zombies feel pointless. The gas and repair systems didn’t seem to work either, and I experienced a lot of hitches. It needs some optimization, but with those improvements, it could become a really fun game.

This is one of the best games of this game jam. Kudos to you for making such a fun game in one week.

It was a super fun and beautiful game, but there was no ending.

This is a masterpiece for a game jam. I only ran into two issues. The text was hard to read in some places, and when I picked up the stone on one day, I lost the ability to use it for the rest of that run. On my second playthrough, this issue was fixed.

I also have a question about the story. Who or what killed Lauren? I didn’t fully understand that part.

I loved it. With a little polish on the combat, it could become perfect.

This was such a lovely game, and that bunny really kept me going. My only issue was with the doors. I always struggled with them.

I love this game. It reminds me of being a kid again. If I had played this as a kid, I would’ve spent hours and hours on it.

I don’t know how, but the performance was surprisingly good for a game with such heavy graphics. The only real issue I had was with the grappling hook, which felt a bit unreliable. I passed through the portal twice, once before finding the crystal and once after lighting up the place, but both times it just sent me back to the beginning of the game. An actual ending would’ve been nice after all that struggle.

It’s fun, but the music and sound effects can get annoying at times.

It’s good for a game jam, but it could use more polish.

It was a really fun game, but I didn’t finish it because it restarts from level 1 if you fail.

It was a really cute game, but I couldn’t tell if there was an ending or not. How many circles was I supposed to make?

The idea behind the game is genius, but the watches are impossible to find.

It was a really fun game. Unfortunately, I ran into a bug on the last day and couldn’t finish it.

I liked the art style and the overall gameplay, but I could easily run past all the enemies and go straight to the boss fight. The boss fight itself was too difficult. No matter how much I tried, I couldn’t hit it more than once or twice.

It was a great game, but I got stuck on one level and couldn’t finish it.

I loved everything about this game, but it’s so damn hard that I can’t finish it without losing my mind. The platform jumping feels horrible. I keep colliding with the platforms and falling down. Please fix the jumping.

The gameplay needs more polish, and a simple gun on its own isn’t fun enough. Adding more variety to the guns and attacks could help a lot. I also kept dying very quickly, and the movement made it hard to get away from enemies. That said, the music and the core idea were interesting.

I liked your writing, and the music was fun. The effects were great, but they were too bright, and I couldn’t see anything on the lower part of the screen. The long jump from rockets doesn’t work very well either. It only works when I’m near a rocket, not while I’m in its path.

The scoring also needs some polish, since I could stay in the level for a long time without losing but also without gaining any score. I mostly just collected the time objects and kept extending the timer.

This is not a game, just a room. A well-designed one, but because there are no graphics settings, it runs pretty bad.

I loved this game. I also wish more buttons could’ve been added, along with more loops

It was great. It needs some adjustments to prevent players from brute-forcing their way to points.

I loved this game. With a few adjustments, it could become great.

  1. A bigger office space so we could actually escape from coworkers and avoid small talk.
  2. Small talk not triggering in the middle of repairing something.
  3. Directional buttons instead of WASD. Using just up, down, left, and right would make it easier.
  4. A way to kill the receptionist. She’s a pain in the A**.

This was awesome. I actually enjoyed it more with a controller, but the triangle button didn’t work for interaction. The game also ended before everything was clean. I think it would be better if it tracked the actual trash and dirtiness. Overall, I loved your game.

I loved the art style, but I’m not sure if there was an ending or not. I walked everywhere and only found an axe, which I threw into the well. I couldn’t find anything else. Was there an ending?

At first, it was pretty tough to figure out the controls, but once I wrapped my head around everything, it became really fun. There are many elements you have to keep an eye on to keep the reactor stable. I made it to level 5 or 6, if I’m not mistaken. Then a rock got stuck on a vent and I couldn’t get it out, so a meltdown happened.

This definitely deserves a polished version. I enjoyed your game.

Wait, so where was the key in that room? The one with the furniture shaped like a capital I, with some of it floating in the air.

The problem with sleeping was that, in the first room with a key, I was looking around and would fall asleep as soon as I interacted with the bed. It took me three tries to find the key hidden in the corner behind the furniture, and every time I had to restart the entire game. It wouldn’t start from the beginning; instead, it locked me on the title screen.

I really wanted to see the ending, though, because the game felt interesting. Thanks for the detailed reply, by the way.

Oh, thank you for those ideas. They totally fit the game. I’m really happy you liked the story and the design. I’m grateful that you played it and took the time to write a comment.

I think a boss fight would have been better than the enemy waves, since it got a bit repetitive toward the end. Thank you for the reply.

I loved this song. I tried to decode the Morse code. It was a real challenge. The closest thing I could come up with, with the help of ChatGPT, was this message:

“To live in Ukraine in 2022 is to exist only in fire and destruction.”

I recorded the Morse code from the YouTube walkthrough, slowed the video down, and typed the code into a Russian or Ukrainian Morse code translator. ChatGPT helped fill in the blanks. How close am I?
