Thanks, yeah after this game jam's rating period is over I'm going to update the control scheme to WASD, mouse-aim attack, abilities on 1, 2, 3, 4. All customizable by the player. I think that will feel the best.

Wow! Thank you for the high praise. Jeeze, I'm seriously considering working on this as a full release. Didn't expect this kind of reaction to the game. Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I learned trying to balance a game like this for a short game jam is extremely challenging (for me at least lol).

I'm surprised by the feedback I've been getting. I feel like I should keep developing it after the game jam.

Thanks again!

Thanks for playing! Yeah, I need to balance some things after the jam for sure lol.

Super fun idea. I would like it much more if I could hit number keys for certain spawns, like 1, 2, 3 and then just focus on shooting with the mouse. I would totally play a full-featured version of this game. Super fun idea, well done!

There was a similar game in this jam I played where you had to pay for jumps/dashes. Interesting concept but I think it breaks the gameplay up for a platformer too much. Maybe it could be cool, instead of having the player have to decide what to buy beforehand, just let the player play, walk/jump/etc and keep a running "bill" that they have to pay at the end of the level. Maybe they have a specific budget so it doesn't lose the charm of skill-based platforming and incentivizes the player to try to play as efficiently as possible.

Fun concept and I think there's a little something here potentially. Good job!

Well that's a deceptively fun game. I really liked the different categories (Dwarf, Rat, other helper dudes) that each had their obvious way they played. Fun to watch. Great execution and appreciated that it had an end actually and that it wasn't an endless style game. Gave a nice sense of accomplishment. Took me just over 12 minutes. Fun game!

Pretty basic loop but fun art.

Wow! Thanks for the reply and for the specific feedback. The control scheme and the game balance seem to be the consistent feedback, which is so valuable to know. Seems like this game might have a little juice in it. Thanks agains for playing!

Yeah, balancing needs more time for sure. I spent several passes trying to tweak things just right but all of this type of feedback is so helpful! Thanks so much for playing and glad you enjoyed it. I will probably keep chipping away at it after the jam, a lot of good feedback from people so far.

Thanks for playing! So glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, balance for a game like this takes a lot of time to get just right, plus I don't think I'm great at balancing things lol, need more practice. I'll probably keep tweaking it after the jam. Thanks again!

Dude I thought of mini motorways as soon as I started playing. Love that game hahaha

Dude what? God-tier incremental game. Played all the way through. So well balanced, very impressed. Had a great time with it, good job!

I played this for longer than I'd like to admit. Great take on idle-games.

Stole passenger's luggage and threw it in the furnace.
Passengers freaked out.
Riot on the train.
10/10, would riot again

I accidentally chose the correct planet on my first play through so I played again just to see what the other planets had in store. Fun mini-games. I could play the asteroid level over and over, that was awesome!

I had more planned but obviously had to cut a lot for the jam. These ones felt like a good variety without being too crazy. Some of the abilities are VERY similar, like Blink and Surge, but overall I think it's feeling interesting enough. Thanks for playing

Damn, thanks for the compliment and thanks for playing!  Grats on winning, it's def a bit challenging depending the abilities that you get to choose from.

Haha yeah, there definitely needs to be another balance pass lol. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing! Yeah, I think the controls feel odd if you're expecting WASD. Wanted to try something else though lol. Glad you enjoyed and liked the run history too!

Thanks for playing! Yeah, some people don't like the League-style control scheme so I should probably add an alternative. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for playing! I had "dumb" aiming initially but it was so boring and easy to just run in circles. I actually spent more time than I'd like to admit getting the predictive aiming to feel just right. Glad it annoyed you! Hahaha

First of all, thanks for playing and for taking so much time for thoughtful feedback! It is so helpful.

Yeah, the controls were even worse before this change. I might just add control schemes players can choose. This current version is League of Legends/DotA-style and then I could do a WASD alternative.

On balance. 100% agree. Did as much as I could for 3 days but there are some abilities that are just too good to pass on for now. If I keep working on this game, balance would probably take up 90% of my time 😆

Thanks again!!!

How do I play? I can use W and D to navigate the menu but nothing let me select "PLAY". Enter, spacebar, clicking, F, E, R lol... How can I play, this game looks sick!

Damn, clearly something is going on here but I couldn't quite understand what the buttons meant and what was happening. Maybe adding a description of what things do would be helpful. I want to know more! Seems like a cool game, I just didn't understand how to play.

Fun idea for a card game but it felt a bit too easy, or to be more specific, I could just kinda click whatever cards and I'd still win. Creating some tension for the decisions is the single biggest improvement this game could benefit from. Good job though, just a little tweaking and this could be really awesome!

Bro this game kicks so much ass. Right up my alley. 3360 score on the first run. Very tight controls and feels great to balance the hp/shooting. Awesome job, added it to a collection.

I laughed when I realized I had to pay to unlock the upgrades and hp stuff lol. That's hilarious. Fun game, could use some work on the controls and gameplay feel but otherwise fun game. Liked the music.

Beautiful and depressing game haha. Great art, fun vibes with the audio. Nice take on the theme.

I press "Run Game" and it's just a blue screen. Game didn't load for me :(

Thanks for playing! Yeah, works best in fullscreen and Siphon def needs a nerf hahaha. Cheers!

Great take on the auto-runner and on the theme. The game felt pretty well balanced and I was being VERY conservative with my jumps. I also liked how the gravity/heaviness dictated how I changed my strategy. Very fun game well done!

Great job! Good tactile feedback with visuals and audio and a general fun twist on this type of genre. Nice take on the theme!

Great little gameplay loop. I basically turned into a machine gun tower lol. Good stuff and fun pixel art ;)

Reminds me of an old game I played where you had to buy/sell drugs in different cities high/low like this. Fun idea. Lucked out with a risky investment in Silver Bars that totally paid off huge! Good job and a nice gameplay loop to enjoy.

I put my Nikes on and was DODGING those cops lol. Fun game with the cops chasing you. Pretty funny idea in general, very creative. I had fun playing.

Damn, I never knew I needed an "idle farm sim." Fun idea, buggy, but when it was working it was fun to just watch my little dude go about his work. Very chill game, nice idea, would love to see more.

I think this is a great spin on the theme + a platformer. I could see speedrunners enjoying a game like this. I wish there was a Jumps/Dashes remaining counter on the UI somewhere. Otherwise, fun idea!

Love golf games like this. Fun twist with the goo ball. One thing, the moving background on fullscreen was a little hard to look at/disorienting. Great job and felt pretty polished for a 3-day jam!

Changed the control scheme. Thank you for the feedback!
