Took me 10 min for the first level and the second level i couldn't beat. I might suck or the game is to hard idk witch. but over all i liked the idea  it was fun simple and i really wanted to beat it after failing a lotso good job on the game.

the game just kept on crashing after you go past the 3 purple things. I liked the idea so its a shame i couldn't play trough the game. I also liked the style of the game and the sound wasn't bad ether.

The game was fun to play but after dying a bunch and retrying over and over i eventually gave up im not sure if i suck or if the game is hard probably the 1st option. It was fun and even tho the art was simple it still looked nice and i was able to tell if things where deadly before interacting with them. I also liked the music especially the one after you open a chest.

Thx for being honest and yes i agree there isnt a game here. The original idea was much bigger then the game that was made (think of undertale and how they remember what you did in your other playtroughs) and due to the game being made in 4h since i didnt have a lot of time the boss fight had to be made in the last 10 mins of the deadline.

I liked the game all tho i didn't read the instructions so i beat the whole game by just running on the spikes till i made it to the end. Overall i enjoyed the game.

The game is amazing and fun but very difficult. Also is this a scratch game cuz if so its amazing how well the physics work but im not sure that its a scratch game since when i lunch it it says godot .

It's very easy to do things in scratch. Doing it in unity is harder in my opinion. Thanks for the kind words I'll make sure to try your game.

This game is by far the best I've played this jam. And i can't even begin to imagine how much creativity was put into something like this each lap felt unique and fun i especially liked the pitch black level. Over all 10/10 amazingly well done game.

I was gonna come here and say the game isn't working but when i saw the comments i had to go back and check. And i have to say the game was actually really fun after that. A little annoying when the enemies would go in the edges and stay there for like 1min but i found out if you just zoom out you can go around the border(didn't use it  since it felt like cheating). Over all very fun and not as easy as i thought it would be.

Thanks. And the school part is my bad you are ment to get and end screen after you give candy to josh or after you fight him if you dont give him the candy. But its buggy so it might not work 100% of the time

An amazing game with very good art I loved it and the bosses where fun as well. One thing i feel like is missing is that if your orbit is closer to the boss on one side and further on the other u should get lunched quicker speeding up and then slowing down. idk if it made sense but ye. Ether way amazing game I loved playing it would love to see more of this game and maybe more bosses.

The game was amazing. The mechanics where easy to understand and learn I liked the first boss but the 2nd one was the best. I didnt have time for the 3rd one but i will be sure to return and beat that one as well. Overall amazing game.

I love the aim mechanic but i feel like the arrow should always be shown so its easier to know what way its pointing. i liked the art and music. And the game was fun. Altho the browser version loads forever(3mins) still worth the wait

Ye the beam attack is possible to doge if you keep on moving away from the boss while moving from the beam but the small beams can glitch sometimes and spawn so many that its unavoidable. And the original plan was that u would have upgrades after the bosses so u could reduce or increase the reload time to make the timing easier for the shots. Also good job on your score my best was 2512. And the style was inspired by faith cuz i love that game so that might be why u think it looks like that. I'll go check out your game as well

This game is so amazing its my favorite game on the game jam by far everything from the art to the combat and the boss design. I did find it rather difficult tho but over all very fun

Ye there is some game braking bugs like to many lasers spawning due to me finishing up the game last couple hours of the jam and most of them seem to be a problem with the turbowarp compiler. And ye I'll go check out the game would love to see your boss.

Ye my original idea for the game was way to big and after i could do that i made a new game(The one you played) in like 5 days(I was procrastinating and lazy) so now there basically isnt a game everything was thrown together before the deadline

Lol good that u like the fact i had no time for a death animation as a good thing. And the pixel art is inspired by faith the unholy trinity so if u liked the art style you should go check that game out as well. And ofc the other inspiration was H.P Lovecraft(I love Call of Cthulhu)

The combat is fun but i think it was missing a tutorial(I was to lazy to read the controls so it might be my fault) and i also love the art style. Over all i liked the game a lot.

Thx for the feedback ye i think it need screen shake when you are hit i tried to make it visible by making the player shake and the hearts pulls but i guess thats not enough. And the boss movement is simple just pick a random number for the x and y positions and then glide the boss towards those positions(you can have an invisible sprite that can be used as a pointer that the boss moves towards as well. And if u like any ideas i would love to see how you use them so good luck on your game.

ye i did and the game did open but every time im in the menu and i start the game i get a crash and the game dosen't respond might just be my shitty laptop tho.

I'm having trouble making the game run it just crashes all the time usually whenever i try to start it is there any way to fix this?

Ye I know there is also some glitches that make it impossible to doge but i think i did pretty well i made it in like 8h over the span of 5 days so im happy with the result thats also why the boss cant be killed and so on and ye i'll go try your game rn.
