Hello,

I am currently developing a browser-based dungeon-crawler RPG inspired by classic titles such as Dungeon Master, Eye of the Beholder 2, Ishar... The game is designed in HTML/JS/CSS with a top-down oblique view, operating on a grid-based system, in real-time movement from tile to tile.

I’m looking for a pixel artist to create visual assets for the game. This is a paid opportunity.

Here are the current asset needs:

Dungeon Tileset (64x64px tiles)

Stone walls (no overlap with other tiles). Very important point, no tile should visually overflow its 64x64px cell as it's a tile to tile game.

Floor tiles, spikes, pressure plates (with animation), pits, wall alcoves

Doors and gates (with open/close animations)

Decorative elements: torches, levers, staircases (up/down)

Player Characters

Animations for movement in 4 directions

Melee, ranged, and thrown attack animations

Variants for classes (fighter, mage, rogue, etc.) and fantasy races

Enemies & Creatures

Examples: dungeon guards, wild beasts, giant spiders, dragons...

Idle, attack and movement animations

Objects & Items

Swords, potions, chests, bows, coins, magical artifacts...

UI Elements

General look and feel of the game

Main game screen elements

Inventory screen assets

Key references

The art style and clarity of Dungeons of Dreadrock is the main reference. You are free to suggest anything else, but the style must remain within the world of DnD. Pixel art should be clean and readable at native resolution (64x64).

Here's some nice assets A_Foxli, Pita but they don't meet my criteria...

At first, I only need a set of tiles to set up a prototype. Secondly, I would need the above-mentioned elements.

If you're interested, please share your portfolio, rates, and availability. I am open to both single-asset commissions and broader collaborations depending on your skills and interest.

Thank you!

Hi Hayes2D

I'm currently making a clone of Eye of the Beholder II (it's a real time dungeon crawler in the D&D style). You can find a working preview at www.dungeoneye.net. As you will see, I use the original assets and of course I don't have the right to do such a thing... I browsed your portfolio and found the game assets for Hyper Knights are in line with my project.

What I'm looking for, for the first step, is to remake all the original assets with better and improved design. To help you, I can provide you the original assets to show you the work that have to be done (this is mainly 2d bitmaps).
