Looking for honest feedback on SweatyPanzer, a free browser WW2 tank shooter. Its new main mode, Arena, is an endless free-for-all with bots: every kill earns a card draw that upgrades your tank or swaps you into another one, and dying puts you back in a Panzer IV.
Things we would most like to hear about:
- Your first five minutes. Was it clear what to do, and did you want to keep playing after your first death?
- The bounty. After 10 draws in one life you are marked for everyone for 4 minutes. Does that feel fair, from either side?
- Bots. Do they read as players, or are they obviously bots?
- Performance. Your browser, GPU and frame rate, especially if it ran badly.
It runs on WebGPU, so current Chrome or Edge on desktop. No account needed, just pick a nickname. Thanks for any time you give it.

We just shipped a big change to SweatyPanzer, our browser WW2 tank shooter: the main mode went from round-based 4v4 to Arena, an endless free-for-all. Full devlog: Arena: a new free-for-all mode.
A few design problems we had to solve along the way:
- Snowballing. Every kill gives a card draw (an upgrade or another tank), so a good player gets stronger fast. Our answer is the bounty: after 10 draws in one life you are marked for everyone and have 4 minutes to survive. Survive and you bank XP, but your upgrades reset.
- Endless but not stale. The map changes every 6 minutes and you keep your tank, upgrades and kills across the change. Every map is played once before any repeats.
- Bots that feel like players. Bots go for targets they can beat, back away from stronger tanks while firing, and join fights nearby instead of all hunting one player.
- First games. New players start in a rookie Arena game with half-strength bots for one map, then move to the full Arena.
Happy to talk about any of it. It is free to play in the browser (WebGPU, so current Chrome or Edge on desktop).

SweatyPanzer is a free WW2 tank shooter that runs in your browser, and it just got a new main mode: Arena, an endless free-for-all where every tank fights every other.
- Drop in any time, leave any time. Bots fill the map, so there is always a fight.
- Every kill earns a card draw: upgrade your tank or swap into another one. The kill also repairs you.
- Die and you start over in a Panzer IV, so staying alive is how a build grows.
- After 10 draws in one life you become the bounty, marked for everyone, with 4 minutes to survive.
- A new map every 6 minutes, rotating through 5 maps, with 12 WW2 tanks to unlock.
Armour angles matter: a shell that hits a sloped plate shallow skips off. No install and no account; pick a nickname and you are in a fight in seconds. Needs a browser with WebGPU, such as current Chrome or Edge on desktop.

Try it out - eager to hear what you guys think?!
Nine tanks. Five arenas. One life a round.
Round-based 4v4. Two ranks start a few hundred metres apart and nobody respawns. Wipe the other side, or take the flag when it goes live near the end of the round. First to four rounds wins.
Spend between rounds
Every round pays salvage and losing pays more. In the buy window you switch tanks freely and spend across 29 upgrades: gun handling, engine tuning, smoke, a shell booster, an ablative shield. What you buy keeps for the rest of the match.
