I love how the ear extension being an upgrade, tricks the player into expecting more required upgrades to progress.  I doubt anyone playing fully blind would ever consider that screen 1 is beatable right after getting them

nevermind i realized what i was doing wrong, assuming the block lowering had to stay in effect after a turn instead of being able to lure all 3 moths in one move

well it seems that theres 2 potential solutions, both of which require lowering the red block

1. somehow lure the left and right moths in 1 and 2 block increments, which im not sure is even a mechanic as any 1 turn movements that both expose and hide the light (in that order) don't seem to lure them

2.  manage to lure the moths while blocking the web squares, which would need either a way to escape webs or somehow unmelt the ice.  i havent found a method to do either (tried melting blocks on the webs to no avail)

from what i can tell, offset seems mechanically impossible unless theres a trick we're meant to learn from levels past variety

For artifacts, it's not clear whether or not infusion is an upgrade to all values or just the ones listed outside the description.  currently they don't (tested with point-boosting artifacts and the Depth Chronicles stackable hp/att boosts).

it would also be helpful if the overview section of the parrots menu had breakdowns for the bonus sources.

thats not a game issue, itchio's options in the top right saying "view all by funday games, following funday games, etc." is a whole rectangle covering the game when you try to click

absolutely loving this, as both an enjoyer of retro games and ridiculously large booba!  can't believe i haven't seen any of your content before

oh really?  then I guess the most confusing part is that there is a movable element that could be anywhere on the screen after reaching that position

awesome game,  but level 29 seems kinda impossible without a proper hint. the current one does good to show the position you need to be in before the final move, but does nothing to push the player in the direction to get there

ending was a bit anticlimactic for all the trouble to get there, but solid game!

I think the main thing you gotta remember for the gold blocks is that you can position yourself around them in any way, so long as you stood in the necessary spot in the past, so seeing the result of seemingly useless detours from earlier could put everything into perspective

brain broke by 3.5, somehow brute forced it by repeating the same route like 10 times before actually moving stuff and I guess that meant I had enough down trips saved to push both blocks through

GG

by the way, is the title inspired by "stephens sausage roll"?

I love the inclusion of the checkers piece way more than I should

dont know if this is a glitch but if you delete the floor under the character you can still move to any adjacent tiles with a floor
