Hey Rick! This will be a 50/50 partnership :) or well, a 49/51 partner ship :) So I can remain in control of the decisions, if this is something you're interested in? My concept seems to be a 'fallout shelter 3d mode' ?

I'm currently working on an Idea for a game, I have quite a bit of it Blocked out to test.
It's a mixture of the Alters meets Rust
The Premise is: an open world sandbox survival game, the world is destroyed after hundreds of years of nuclear winter and war. random storms attack the world, so shelter is underground
The players can create new extension modules to their bases underground, laboratories, kitchens, living areas, bathrooms etc.
Farm houses. the list goes on, it's a doll house style development system but I have no experience with Programming, Only art work. after going to a local gamescom The investors mentioned they prefer investing with a partnership founder rather than a single one. So I'm looking to see if there is anyone with the ability to program wanting to partner with me and develop this to secure funding and grow the project?
I'd love to chat more!
I've been conceptualising this idea since last year when I started playing the alters, I absolutely loved their style and theme but felt some things were missing.
The Core Premise
The surface is dying. Not slowly, it's already dead.
What was once a thriving world is now a scorched, radioactive wasteland, scoured clean by endless toxic storms that strip flesh from bone in minutes.
You didn't plan to survive.
You just happened to find a hole in the ground before the sky turned red.
The aesthetic direction leans into The Alters style; that mix of brutalist industrial infrastructure, warm human living spaces carved into cold rock, and the quiet dread of knowing the world above is trying to kill you.
