the main game I'm having difficulty with is "https://spring-rabbit.itch.io/the-house"
every time I play it I get a notification at some point in the game saying:
"The House.exe is not responding."
I download the games from the website.
It doesn't happen with every game I play but it has happened on about 3 of the 20 I have played so far.

Hey everyone,
When I play games from itch, usually .exe games, I usually get this pop up mid game that says:
"Game.exe is not responding. If you close the program, you might lose information."
My computer specs are more than enough to handle these games so I'm not sure why it keeps taking place.
Please help.
