I actually have no idea how much time is required to finish the current content. I’ve never managed to do a full playthrough without finding something to fix and spending hours on it ^^
But I guess there should be at least one hour of content? Maybe closer to two?
Concerning the “screen you can’t get out of,” I’m guessing it’s the tutorial at the end? There should be an option to quit it, which sends you back to a checkpoint to save.
It’s a pretty simple choice menu, so I don’t think there’s a bug I missed there, but please let me know.

Concerning the inspirations for the comedic aspects, well, I couldn't say for sure because it's the result of digesting lots of different influences across the years, but you might find some similar bits here and there with certain humorists, series, and mangas/animes/VNs (of course).
I'm also a big fan of Prison School's and Grand Blue's rhythm and style of comedy... Though the visual aspect, especially the extreme facial distortions, is outside what I'm able to do.
Anyway, I'm happy the game managed to make you laugh! Now, to make you cry... (≖‿≖ )
There are 7 episodes planned, with a possible 8th depending on how I handle the game’s conclusion. But not every episode will be the same length (in terms of number of chapters).
Oh boy, I can't promise it'll go the way you want regarding the player's behavior. But if you stick with the game, you might be a little surprised along the way.

Damn, thanks for pointing that out. I really can't get the hang of that kind of thing.
For the sex scenes, I'm a bit limited by my current knowledge and skills. I hope to eventually make more complex ones (using Timeline, if you're familiar with Koikatsu!), but for now it's hard to find the time to learn while also working on the game.
The new version will include lots of fixes for the beginning of the game, so I'd recommend waiting for the September 24th public release for a more comfortable experience!
About your suggestion, it's actually the kind of game I'd love to play too!
Sadly, I'm just starting out with RomCom: Divergence, and I don't have the know-how for that kind of project.

Regarding the English and grammar issues, Chapter 2 should have far fewer than the Prologue and Chapter 1. I'm planning to fix those in the next update.
As for the hide button, I assume you're playing on Android? Your comment made me aware of the issue, and I'll fix that in the next update as well.
I've never really used Android to play games myself, so that's the kind of thing I tend to overlook. So thanks for pointing it out!
