Thank you for the detailed critique. Since this was a short experience, I focused heavily on the atmosphere and intentionally left the deep lore ambiguous. However, I completely understand why it feels like missing pieces to players who invest in the narrative.
The best part about your review was the plot holes you listed (the Boss, the missing arm, the origin of the pills, the motive,...) are exactly the points I am expanding on in the upcoming Prequel.

Please go directly to the main game page instead. You should see a large yellow 'Download' button there. Make sure to download the latest version (v1.1.0), and it should work perfectly.
