I'm glad you got it working!

(4 edits)

It works for me on BlueStacks 4.260.0.1032, on Windows 10, on both NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (both OpenGL and Direct3D) and Intel UHD Graphics 620 (I only tried OpenGL on this one).

Here are the settings I used (these are the defaults):

  • CPU: High (4 Cores)
  • RAM(MB): High (4 GB)
  • Graphics engine: Performance
  • Graphics renderer: OpenGL
  • GPU settings: Prefer dedicated computer graphics ENABLED
  • ASTC texture: Disabled
  • Frame rate: 60 FPS
  • ABI setting: Auto

What GPU did you try it on? What screen resolution? What settings did you use? What operating system?

Thanks for the heads up! Looks like I need to do some optimizing.

On the title screen, that's an intentional "glitch" animation effect. All other text in the game should show smoothly.

What phone is it?

I set out to make an Android game for OpenGL ES 3.0, and decided to focus my limited time on getting it working in that context. I did try it out on desktop, and surprisingly it doesn't run well on my desktop GPU. Maybe I'll be able to improve that and release a desktop executable in future, but for now it's mid- to high-end Android only.

Casual Cyberpunk Action
Earn money! Buy upgrades! Hack the mainframe!

I present my first game. It has an interactive tutorial, achievements, upgrades, and an idle earning mechanic.

It uses the Godot engine and requires a recent Android, with OpenGL ES 3 and a 1080p or larger screen.
