We are two students at 42 Lausanne presenting "Colors and Me," our puzzle game created for The Orbital Jam.

You control a character that changes colors using slime on the map.

For the graphical theme "Atomic," we utilized a futuristic style reminiscent of a laboratory or spaceship.

Regarding the "MIX" gameplay theme, players must mix colors to solve levels.

We hope you enjoy the procedural music! It was entirely composed by us! 💆‍♂️

The assets were purchased here: https://petricakegames.itch.io/cosmic-lilac, and then modified by us!

WAW ! Your game is litteraly the best game I've played so far and from far !!! Well done, every thing is so perfect, well balanced game, nice graphism, nice simulation, I will for sure play it again, those 30 minutes were not enough, you deserve a ton more of attention, you should try to advice a bit your game in the community because it is insane for a game jam !!! WAW !!! I cannot believe it ! Nice work !

by automatic level up I mean like in 2048 you can merge tile to the infinite, merging 2 level 4 troupe would give a level 5 troop even if the animation doesn't change, instead of just blocking, but yeah overall a verry cool game !

thanks a lot for your comment, I will take this in count for the final version I'm working on ! With escape you can open a menu to change level or go back to main menu but with the full screen mode it just resize the window... Thanks again, a pleasure to receive that kind of comment !

How is the spawning speed influence ? Sometime it goes fast and sometime super slow, how does it works ? otherwise it's a really cool game, played it for 30 minutes and i love it, that's why I asked the question, good concept, maybe in the future add some automatique leveling up, even if it doesn't change the visual, to increase the playability,

Waw pretty good mechanics here, I really like the idea, and the hiden gems are really hard to get but really satisfying, remember me a lot of old mobile puzzle game, where I would try to achieve levels with all the stars.
