Hi, if you’re referring to the map source file: it can’t be loaded in Godot. The other assets are just image files, so you can load them with whatever tool you want :).

Thank you! We are continuously improving LITIENGINE, but there have been some problems with our deployment pipeline, keeping us from uploading a new release at the moment. Once that is resolved, we intend to push a new release ASAP.

Oh wow, looking forward to this update! :)

What a gem of an indie game! The pixel art is creepy and well executed. The music and general sound design is eerie and haunting. The writing and story is intense and thrilling. The puzzles are fun. The learning curve is exactly right and the enemies have predictable behaviour that you can learn to master the art of killing. There might be a few typos in the journals you find, and it wasn’t exactly obvious how to mechanically unlock the padlocks once you had found the clues. But all in all - congratulations on this extremely well crafted and polished game!

Super useful and already in a neatly polished state. I’m currently using the rules in my game to great satisfaction 🙃 May I ask which parts you are looking to further elaborate on? It feels so complete already, I am looking forward to the full release!

Hi! If you open the dungeondraft_map file with a text editor, you can see the asset_manifest in the header. A list of all used assets is contained there. I seem to have loaded a bunch of asset packs that were actually unused. You could try the following: mark the IDs of the asset packs and run a text search - if they’re only contained in the asset manifest but not the world, you can delete the assets safely. This way, you could also eliminate assets that are unavailable to you.

Thank you for taking the time to do this. We take this very seriously and will address these issues. As a first step, we’ve removed the paywall for all our maps.

Definitely a good point. Even though a lot of the asset packs present in the header are in fact unused, we shouldn’t take any risks here. We’ll make the source files available for free as well. Thank you for bringing this up!
