From my perspective, you can use the assets without attribution, but honestly I would advise against commercial use since I don’t know if the used assets’ licenses would prohibit that transitively. If you want to track down the used assets and their licenses, each .dungeondraft_map file has an asset manifest contained (just open it with a text editor). Thanks for reporting this. Your gpl file seems to be separated by spaces, right? JPixelStudio currently only supports tab separated gpl files - try saving it with tabs instead of spaces. The following format usually works:

UPDATE: I have submitted the program for a VirusTotal scan. There was not a single detection across 44 scans, as you can see on the scan page.

Without a doubt, we can flag your detection as a false positive. I have adjusted the original discussion title as I found it wrongfully harmful to my reputation.

I’m sorry you have experienced this, but… No? Could you please provide some evidence and explain how you arrived at this conclusion? This is open source software and you can inspect the source code and compile it yourself anytime to convince yourself that there is no malicious stuff going on.

UPDATE: I have now even scanned the file with Windows Defender and no risks have been detected. I have also submitted the file to Microsoft for investigation to prove that there is no actual problem with the software.

I find it quite baffling how itch is not responding to their tickets for weeks on end.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Only rastered images in the PNG, JPEG, and GIF format are supported.

Hi, if you’re referring to the map source file: it can’t be loaded in Godot. The other assets are just image files, so you can load them with whatever tool you want :).

What a gem of an indie game! The pixel art is creepy and well executed. The music and general sound design is eerie and haunting. The writing and story is intense and thrilling. The puzzles are fun. The learning curve is exactly right and the enemies have predictable behaviour that you can learn to master the art of killing. There might be a few typos in the journals you find, and it wasn’t exactly obvious how to mechanically unlock the padlocks once you had found the clues. But all in all - congratulations on this extremely well crafted and polished game!

Super useful and already in a neatly polished state. I’m currently using the rules in my game to great satisfaction 🙃 May I ask which parts you are looking to further elaborate on? It feels so complete already, I am looking forward to the full release!

This way, you could also eliminate assets that are unavailable to you.
