Its all a scam, they just recycle them, greedy tablet misers

(I was slack it add more tablets)

Hey thanks for the response

I did end up making a really quick project to test out how much effort it would be
https://prettypeachgames.itch.io/cookie-clicker

(It is not a full game, been tested, or really worth anyone time, just a test for web build)

But again,  I appreciate the work, with your style I think you could appeal to alot of people if you make your own game!

hey man, I just downloaded a few packs to try out making a simple game, the art is pretty good and the character design is nice, the fact they are mostly cut up for modular use is great, some questions/feedback

I noticed  there are often random pixels placed around

e.g. skin coloured pixels in the mouth

There also is some clipping issues

(this is from leggings plus underwear)

Also, I saw you were going to make your own game with these assets, how are you handling the file seeking with your naming convention?

I noticed you have named files like -

Himi_CSchoolUniform

I personally have renamed them to-

himi_cute_clothing_school

and making a system to parse what goes where has been alot easier, but it takes a bit of time to change the names 1 by 1

of course, I dont mean to come off rude, genuinely curious, really appreciate the quality assets

Damn the art is so good
I saw images a long time ago and have been hoping to see a game from the art
Tried this out, clunky and bad, I know this is not a final product, but I hope this project is taken seriously and gets really tight gameplay and user experience, maybe also some marketing to the English market
And I dont know whats going on with all those files in the export project, godot it definitely a good engine of choice, but please, make something special with this, you are very talented

A true man of culture, yeah wintermaul was my direct reference,  I ran out of time to really set up an algo or plan for enemies/balance taking into account alot of the people who haven't experienced those glorious game modes, super glad 1 person picked up on it!

haha yeahhhhh my art is terrible

very cool

Too close to home lol, good art and idea though, very polished :)

pretty good!

Pretty cool chill game

cool art, good idea for theme, clear instructions, very well done

this was my first thought for the jam too, but I couldnt think of how to make it into a game, well done, its pretty good too, but christ I am bad at it

Really good art, more content would have made this a top pick I think

The choice to use basic shapes so all the design is the same was a good, the simplicity makes it better, would have loved to see more towers

Couldnt get game to run, I was so keen to see another TD also, and in godot, we were twins!

I also made a TD an d used godot :^)

I got to wave 8, its pretty hard without alot of practice, but so far its the game I have enjoyed the most, was trying to figure out a meta, with different set ups, but im too dumb RIP

Ah yes, another TD, very cool :^)
I like the approach you took with upgrades, and overall polish

Honestly, the gameplay was not interesting at all for me, but I wanted to finish purely because of how good the art is, seeing a full length game with this quality of art and style would be any easy purchase, the animations are clean, and the both sprites, to background are so clean, I wish I had an opportunity to work with someone as skilled in art as this

I like art/atmosphere, the gravity felt right compared to other games that did this idea, so imo you did the best planet gravity loop, well done

good artwork, I was also thinking about doing something music inspired

Best idle game ive played including out of jam, I only wish there was a bit more to do

cool idea,  hard to get used to the snap point, but feels good to chain hops

cool idea, wish I was better at puzzles

that was cool, felt nice getting a better time because I planned several loops ahead and planned "failure"
good use of the theme

"get a cool hat" um, yeah that one, very tight and well polished

holy shit that voice acting was great, first person "I love metal man" /dies

I had a problem where the brower window being too large meant I couldnt click buttons, saw your note, it did fix it, by chance are you using Godot?
I didnt get the goal at first, but once I did it was good, I wish it was a bit harder though (I made the same mistake of making my game too easy)

Very healthy mechanics, clarity, and polish, I really liked that if you finished a colour it would remove it from the pool, as while it could have kept the full loop, it would have just added more grind, the details like that really make this

I am no artist, but I think this could have a place as a marketable relaxation game

Good take on the theme, took me a hot second to figure out the controls but it worked very cleanly, good tight controls

the body ragdolling in 2D I dont think I have ever seen, and iterative play was well done

The gif explosions got me good, something perfect seeing the rats wander onto the road and get cleaned up, a fellow rat game, glorious

Yeah I had the same feeling for that game, I asked 5 different people about it and they all said okay, I knew to trust my gut '-'

Be careful with sound being loud when started up!

Feels good to play, though I dont know about the restart button when you win a level, I accidently pressed that once

I really like it, being able to choose your power up is nice
The only feedback I have is the controls are slow and the spawning is a bit unforgiving

cool

I like the idea of the game, just didnt understand what to be doing at first

The visual aspect to this game is REALLY good, I dont like the zooming out because it makes the sprites look less crisp, the gameplay is cool

Only problems I had was understanding what to do at the start, I didnt get told anything, but pressed enter and saw controls, then button mashed. After that its clear but having some kind of prompt or telling controls would be nice

Sorry but i didnt understand what to do and reading the text was hard

visually appealing at first, I really like the art, I really like the idea of loading bullets, but as soon as I got in I clicked a menu and couldnt close it :(
