Definitely a nice touch! I finally got all 4 endings, but I believe I got endings 1 and 4 initially 👀👀

That was neat! Unlocked two endings so far, but will definitely hunt down the other two. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me the first time I saw the "do not hesitate" rule.

Thank you for checking it out 😊

Fantastic poem! Definitely captures the 'disconcerting' feel that's present in "The Crocodile" 👀

You're too sweet!! Thank you so much!!

This reminds me of the prologue in games where it foreshadows a grim outcome for the characters involved. I like how it escalates around the 1:10 mark and continues to have harrowing vibes until the end. Great work!

I read through your thought process / analysis, and you've definitely captured that sense of hope. The optimism in the melody throughout the piece is very evident, especially for a story that ended so tragically. Well done!

Thank you so much!

Thank you! I actually took inspiration from the Dragon Seeds soundtrack, so that may have bled into the old-school RPG vibes. Haha it's funny that the bells were mentioned because it was something I kept going back to during the composition process (it sounded way too low in its beginning stages) but I'll be more mindful with mastering in the future for sure!

Makes sense! The interpretation definitely ties in with the conclusion of the piece.

The first minute or so feels so haunting, almost like reminiscing about the past  while going on that stroll. The heart beat-like thumps were a perfect addition too! Great job!

Thank you! :)

The composition was done well! Some parts felt 'horror-esque' enough to portray the tragedy of the story itself, although the ending felt a little too upbeat

Thanks for the comment and for giving this piece a listen! Haha I definitely need to improve my mastering skills some more

The crashing sounds at the 1 minute mark and again at around 1:20  were very foreboding, which made for great storytelling! The middle part reminds me a bit of being chucked into a fight scene and the ending is the 'Game Over' outcome. Well done!

I love how this captures your storyline write-up so well! Definitely takes the listener through all the depicted events. Brilliant work!

This is beautiful! I enjoyed reading through your process and I could see how your vision for this piece unfolded! Very reminiscent of the score during the prologue of a film that you know will be melancholy

Yeah, I definitely wish I spent more time with the middle part before it transitions to the end. Hopefully I'll be able to revisit this project next time to do some polishing. Thank you for the comment! I really appreciate the kind words!

This is absolutely beautiful! And the backstory makes this even more emotional 🥺
