Yeah, thats why I had to put a tiny "reset puck" button in the corner for cases like that. The enemy AI was honestly pretty simple, it has 3 states "return to spawn", "chase puck" and "hit puck" it changes from hitting back to returning based on which side the puck is on.

The art style for this game kicks ass man, super creative and the short but sweet story is a great touch. Very nitpicky, but with all that flare I would love to see something interesting with the health bars, the secret final boss was awesome as well. Pretty easy to fight single enemies though, maybe having them move lanes would help that.

Shooting is good, game feels a bit empty though, not bad just needs a little more.

Very well done idea. Execution is great, super interesting idea to have the mouse which a player normally considers just a control be the slippery mechanic.

Great visual identity, dodging the obstacles is pretty punishing, but in a good way.

Game feels pretty polished, I like that the gel forces you to move into dangerous lanes.

Game is pretty simple, but it is satisfying to kill the orbs. I wish you could choose who you respawn as.

This game kicks ass man, very creative and I love that killing the skaters is just part of it.

Tutorial was great, game is very hard though lol. I loved the music slider being a beer mug nice touch.

Sort of hurt my eyes after a while, but very well done, love that there was a slight ledge to catch you on that final jump. Really fun mechanic would love to see it expanded.

Great game, love that you can use the oil slick to kill the crabs if they crash into a wall!

Very cute little game, pretty funny as well. Love how generous the checkpoints were.

Great game, very similar to speed runners. Love the inclusion of a tutorial level as well.

I love this game a lot, would love to see it expanded outside the jam.

This game is so fun and original. I think some tutorial all yellow enemies would be great, I think traps  should be introduced same time as the slickness, maybe some enemies that you can't hit, but have a charge attack that causes them to slip into traps that can damage them.  One complaint is maybe allow for more than 1 floor to be  slick, and also if an enemy spawns on a slick floor they can't move so its pretty easy to cheese.

Love that his hair gets bigger as you get more grease.

A lot of potential for this game. Definitely some quirks to work out, but I would love to see this idea fully fleshed out with specific combos. In a way this is a puzzle game, I wonder if it would benefit you to be able to see the whole stage at once so you can form the combo you want to before you just jump in and do it.

Characters are super fun. I had a glitch where I got to the final boss and it was dead but pretty good game jam entry.

Visuals are great, I honestly had a hard time getting the riding the wave thing to trigger and that sucks that you had that bug man. Art style is great though very punchy.

Very well done for your first completed (kinda) jam game. I think in general, for a jam like this you want some sort of "ending" state for your game so that people know when they have seen all the work you did. The "loser" dialogue was very funny. Art style was great as well. Can't wait to see more games from you guys.

Spiral Level was the hardest for sure, love the game. Very creative to have the size of the snake represent how much time you have left, you could almost go without the timer up top. I think the sharp corners cutting momentum can be a little annoying but I think it really pushes you to strive for perfection.

Only thing is it could use some music for sure.

I think the npcs would say too much with the quests they gave, and other than the final boss you dont really do anything with the slick puddles you place. Game is headed in a great direction tho keep it up!

Great work on this, Loved the low res burger at the end, super funny. I think it would have been good to give players more rewards, I only got 3 items on my winning run. Maybe more rewards and enemies gain more health as it goes. That or just reduce how much xp enemies drop. Small issues though, otherwise the game works as intended other than some small pathing issues, which our game also suffered from.

Very good game, visuals were amazing, and gameplay was super fun and addicting. Would love to know how you did the timing system in Godot.

First Part was very creative, the platforming part was very floaty though. I think overall they come together to make a game that is very fun to play.
