Thanks!

Awesome! Thanks for trying it out!

lol. More!

Awesome game! I didn't quite understand what was going on at first, but once I started learning the icons and what to do with the cards it was fun to plan playing cards that worked together. Great work!

Beautiful art! However, I'm not quite sure what to do. I seemed to run one race with two of my character's goals of ending in 7th or 8th. But, only 3 racers were in the race and there was only one lap. I then ran out of money and had to force quit the game.

Nice interpretation of the theme! Fun to drop the rain particles. The hardest part is probably understanding where you are in space compared to the clouds.

Awesome work! Such a cool idea for a game!

Thanks for trying it out!

Cheers!

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for trying the game! Yeah, we need to look into making a new build of the game that will hopefully be more friendly with materials after the rating period is over.

Thanks!

Thanks for trying out the game!

Thanks for playing! That's the most roads I've seen it generate haha.  Yeah, the procedural city generation needs more work than what the 48 hour jam allows for.  I should have put a button that resets the players position to help with problems like getting stuck.

Yeah, there are some things that I just ignored for the jam haha.  Buildings can spawn on the player and usually, but not always, let you out.

Thanks for trying it out!

Awesome! Thanks for playing.  Yeah, backstory for the NPCs would be good.  They are pretty barebones right now

Same! Thanks for trying the game!

Hey, sorry to hear that it's lagging for you.  I am not experiencing any lag in the game.  What part is lagging for you?  I'll check it out after the voting window.

Thanks for trying the game! Typically city builder games have a player building a city from above.  However, in this game, the roles are reversed and the player is a sim in the city that is being changed by the AI.

Thanks!

Thanks so much!

Hi! Currently, there is no option to download pngs from this tool.

Hey Danielkbrown1988, sorry I didn't see your comment when you made it.  I created a Windows version that is available for download.

Awesome work! Great use of color!

I'm planning on slowly working on this over time. I've just gotten distracted by other projects.

Were you not able to hit the start button? And I'll have to look at how the UI interacts and scales with the resolution to make sure it all works correctly. Thanks for letting me know!

I updated the project to allow for exporting the mesh data as a 3D model.  It will be saved as a FBX file.

Awesome, thanks!

That would be cool!

Nice, you should try! The rules that govern the cells aren't too complex to implement. The biggest hurdle is probably creating the grid.

Thanks! It's all procedural - the larger stars are pretty much randomly placed and lines are drawn between select stars. The background stars are a very pixelated noise with most pixels set to black and is spun slowly counterclockwise.

Glad it’s working for you!

Thanks so much!

Sorry to hear that it's not working for you. I just tested it, and it works for me.  Are you trying to run the generator on mobile? I built the game in Unity WebGL, which is not supported on mobile devices and wont run on them.  Otherwise, sometimes if you click off of the application window and interact with other things on the webpage, the application will internally pause until you click on the application again.  Hope this helps.

It's available for free and allowed in commercial works.  I've added a Creative Commons license in the description above.

Thanks!

Hey worldsprotagonist, I've added an option to save the books as a .png!

Good idea! I'll have to add boats and treasure.  Currently, these three buildings can be generated:
