It was, and it was also very funny.

(technically this would be 256 A12 pages (or 512 pages two-sided), I think, to fit 'single A4' requirement?)

This is a very cool idea and layout/writing.

I don't wish to start a new topic, but I wish to specify that, unforturnately, I cannot fit my hexcrawl into allowed space as the maps don't fit even if I remove the cover.

Just want to wish all the best of luck to the fellow jam participants and the organizers for a such cool idea and solid groundwork. A lot of submissions look very creative (I slightly envy such talent and brevity on display). I also really liked the title I was given: making this tiny Rainbow Mirage realm was very fun; I will try release it once the jam is over.

"my judgement is that as long as its not taking up more paper than the rules permit then its cool if you fold it in a different way. So a trifold or (if you want to get wild) 8 A6 pages is totally cool. I guess you could also do 2 A4 pages if you wanted but that seems boring." https://itch.io/jam/appx-n-jam/topic/5057591/layout-question

Dank Dungeon said that as long as the total area is the same it doesn't matter if it is has a different layout.

Additional question to this: does it mean that if the submission is in a different format (trifold, 8 A6 pages, etc) it will be not considered?

Cool idea.

Those are fake titles made to look similar to names of the books from Appendix N. You are free to imagine what this story would have been if it was actually written and use it for your adventure, but there is no actual book and you don't need to read anything.

Amazing, thanks!

The description lists pointcrawls, so I was wondering if hexcrawls are also ok.

It would be slightly ironic to remake fonts, because in the spirit of minimalist jam would be not to think about the design too much but resetting everything from my default font (Georgia) would be doing more layout / re-design than I did before.

P.S. I've added Cormorant version, which is exactly the same except it is in Cormorant.

My text is set in Georgia by default and I've noticed after uploading that only a few other fonts are allowed. Should I re-set everything? I only used a single font, just not from the list.
