Thank you so much for your feedback, it gave us the right hint to solve the camera glitch!

Also thank you and your team for playing our game and sharing your impressions with us. It really gave us a big motivation boost to do the work and further polish the game for the rest of the time =)

Hey Aaron, great to hear that you enjoyed the game so far! unfortunately we don't have a saving system, but we have uploaded an improved version, if you don't mind playing again =) btw. there are two endings actually, if you don't lose a game against her, you get the "true" ending.

Sorry to hear that your experience was cut short due to the camera glitch =/
We have it fixed now and wholeheartedly invite you to give it another try!

Thanks for your feedback, we will take some time and think about how to give the player clearer directions. We have polished the game furthed, improved player feedback and changed some log notes for more orientation. Wish you a lot of fun =)

I am sorry to hear that you encountered such a game breaking bug, still great to hear you enjoyed it =) We further polished the game (unfortunately, marker or quest logs were not part of it) and were able to fix the camera bug. Thanks for giving it a try!

The artistic direction is great and switching the characters with different strength and weaknesses was really cool, reminded me of the game 'Obscure'. I enjoyed how the dynamic and story between the characters played out. I don't want to spoil anything, but the story started to unfold layer after layer and the gym scene definitely gripped me.

The biggest flaw of the game would probably be the controls. The camera being sluggish doesn't add to the experience and I guess you used some kind of circle collider or distance measure for interaction? I think giving the player precise control is crucial, because the main game mechanic is finding stuff. Some kind of raycast or cylinder collider aligned with the camera view would fix the issue.

Some small caveat: I really liked the dialogue box. Easy to interact, animated words and there were even subtle timing adjustment during the typing when a dot was typed which improved reading quite a bit.

Great work you all =)

That could be the case, it only happened in uneven terrain, so it probably ram against some hills and got damaged that way. I was wondering why it didn't try to attack me.

I like your interpretation of the game theme. Being the death reaper and walking around with a scythe a pretty cool feeling.

The hitboxes of the enemies seem a bit off. When battling against the bats in the mountains, I hit them consistently, but on the plain field, most of the hits had no effect. The damage also had a delay or it did hit twice (once at visual hit, and then after a delay). If these are design choices, you could communicate them better so the player understands what is going on. The mechanic could be interesting in regards to the grim reaper draining life energy over time, that's at least how I interpreted it :p

Nice contribution, keep up the work, would be interesting how the godly quests play out in the long run ✌️

Nice work! The design is really coherent and all in all it gives a great base for a fleshed out game. It feels a bit slow tho, I think when you let the player make decisions a bit faster and increase the pressure, it could go well with the theme and overall design. Keep up the good work :)

Can you now access it?

Hey Beregon, thanks for hosting the jam. We are late to the party, but we got the game polished and are really happy with the result, hope everybody gets to enjoy it too :)

We would appreciate a late submission link when you have some time! Here is a link to our project: https://gesunderapfel.itch.io/staynplay

Hey everybody, I am a generalist with focus on coding and I would like to team up. Just send me a message if you are interested :)

Cool, thank you :) Will definitely try it out. Surprised it works with web apps.

Really chill experience, forgot the time absolutely absorbed in the game. Awesome work!

Awesome feature, thanks! If I may ask, how did you do that? o.o

Great game especially for the short time! What really suprised me was the funny ending cutscene :D

Well designed and polished game. Tried to get all the puzzle pieces, but couldnt continue after pressing escape :(

Enjoyed the game nonetheless and really had fun playing it.

Great design and art direction! Really cozy and all in all a all a well rounded game. But I did only find 11 slices :0

The twist to play as a dinosaur really surprised me! :D Using the same level but with different routes made the size really matter to me. Other than that, I think some coyote time and more contrast between background and foreground would help your design choices (e.g. including a timer) and allow me to stay more in flow.

Thanks for the feedback Enneagon.

We are also not happy with the balancing of the spawns :/ We will try to tune such factors earlier in the next jam to ensure the players have a fun experience :)

Hey hyden, didn't know about the "Embed PCK" option, thanks for the tip!

If you are still interested, you can download the .pck file here:

Hey OgelGames, thanks for the feedback, glad you had some fun! :)

We think the manual is too text heavy and the objective is not intuitive enough. We try making it clearer in our next game! :)

Hey ZeromyCosmic, thanks for showing interest in our game :)

I missed to upload the .pck file before the deadline :x If you are still interested, you can download it here:
