Thank you! 💖

I'll check your update today!

Thank you!

Thank you so much for your feedback!
If you're interested in a free copy of the game on Steam, just join us on Discord and tag me.

As for your game, I really liked the idea and thought it was really funny!

Unfortunately, I was having some issues with it. The visuals were flickering all the time as things moved around in the desktop version. I did play the web version as well, and it was much better!

It really makes you want to become a professional beggar, haha.

Collecting coins and items wasn't very clear to me. Even when I caught them, they would bounce away, and I could never be sure whether I had actually collected them or not. It was much easier to collect things from the ground, but the coins seemed to disappear all the time.

I loved the NPC interactions and the visuals. Everything in the game looks amazing!

(^ things were like this in desktop)

If it helps, here's my desktop setup: I have two monitors with different refresh rates, 180hz and 60hz.

Thanks again for your support, and good luck with your game!

If you fix the desktop issue, let me know! I'll definitely want to try it again!

Thank you so much for the feedback and support!

Hi, thank you for the really detailed explanation.

I sure do want to see your full report!

Yeah, maybe the flip would be great to maintain. Because the movement is too fast now, I could not notice it flipping the first time. After I notice it in the jump, the next attempts were easier ,

Hi,

I've played your game, and I think the idea is really cool. Swapping between the mask powers is a really nice mechanic.

The only thing that bothered me a little was that sometimes I just wanted to use the same powers again, but every time I entered a new room, I had to reselect them.

Also, the movement feels really fast sometimes. I'm not new to games like this, but it would be nice to have a small window to react during fast jumps. For example, when jumping from one wall to another with the rose, the character automatically rotates, which makes it harder if I'm trying to control the movement myself. Also, when I reach another wall, it feels like I immediately start falling, while the attack itself takes a small amount of time to execute. This sometimes causes me to miss the jump.

Maybe you could add a small apex/fall window where the player has a little more time to react and perform the correct jump again. I think that could make the movement feel more responsive without making it too easy.

I'll play the game some more and give you more feedback later if I find anything else interesting.

Overall, it's a really fun game!

I also have a game that I'd love to get some feedback on, if you're interested in helping me out too. The name is Dungeon Chess, and you can find it here.

Thanks! 💖

Feel free to give me any feedback 🙂

Hello,

I recentlly launched a alpha version of a project I've been working for a while now.

That's the first time I'm lauching a game on my on, I don't have the best knowlage in how to gather good feedback.

That's why I'm here asking if you guys want to playtest my demo, and in return I'll play test yours too if you have one.

I need to know if the game is easy to understand, if its too hard to play or if there's any bug or issues with it.

But any feedback is valid.

My game already have a Steam page, and if you're interested I can give you a key to play when it realeses.

Please, take a look in the game (DUNGEON CHESS): https://gersonbello.itch.io/dungeon-chess

If you have any questions about it or just want me to review your game too, just reply it here.

Thank you for the help!

Hello guys! 👋🙂

I've just launched the first alpha demo for my game.

I woul'd love to get some feedback from you guys!!!

The game name is Dungeon Chess, you can find the demo here in itch.io: https://gersonbello.itch.io/dungeon-chess

I'll be updating the game constantlly until we reach a good state for the Steam Demo launch until december.

Any feedback is welcome, and if you also have a project going on, make sure to reply it here so we can help each other improve our games.

Thank you for your help!

Play it NOW, no download required: https://gersonbello.itch.io/dungeon-chess

Dungeon Chess is a turn-based strategy game with roguelike elements where the setting simulates a chessboard.

How To Play:

Use mouse to navigate.

Select your cards and place them on the board.

Press the “Start Game!” button to begin.

Enemies will appear in waves, so be ready to fight!

When it is your turn, your units will be highlighted.

Select a unit to see its movement range, then choose where you want it to move.

Red indicates where you can attack, other slots are for moving. If your moving slot has a red icon inside it means you can do both.

Enemies and allies can block your movement.

After you finish moving your units, the enemy’s turn will begin automatically.

You can also end your turn early by clicking the “End Turn” button.

Every movement requires energy points.

Some skills can request more than one point to be used.

You can check your character energy by selecting it and checking the energy UI on the bottom left corner.

Every character is unique and has different skills.

Select the same character a second time to open the skill menu.

There, you can read what each attack does and switch between attacks when other options are available.

Defeat enemies to earn coins and strengthen your team.

Click the “Buy Card” button to purchase new cards if you have enought coins.

A random selection of cards will appear for you to choose from.

Your cards are stored in the inventory at the bottom of the screen. You begin with a limited number of card slots, and every card has a different effect—so choose carefully!

In the current version, the game ends when you defeat the Ogre boss, who appears after approximately 10–15 waves.

Make sure to see our Steam page and check out our Discord server.

Thank you for your support, and have fun!
