I love me some wacky physics games

This was a fantastic experience. From reading other comments it seems that i also did not get the full experience tho. Is getting to the yellow circle a puzzle? I really want to help this guy break this cycle.

I still massively enjoyed it

Oh that's a great idea, Maybe you can buy boss battles that'll unlock new powers for the crank

finally, a seriously walkable city for this american to stretch my legs in. I love the soccer levels

This is insanely well done, the spinning! the serious!

aww im gunna cry! this was so lovely.. The ancestor RPM was killing me lol

God i loved this. I spaced out and played for like an hour

Oh man, I love the concept, I also had a  hard time figuring it out. Once i figured it out i had fun cranking it to high speed and breaking more of my systems at once. part of what took the most time to figure out was what was clickable and when and what effect clicking was having. The square puzzle where you have to click in order was hard to read what color was changing so i felt like i wasnt getting the fun challenge of memory.

Sorry about your artist, good on you for finishing and submitting

Thanks for playing and commenting!

I was thinking about having the megalith move everytime you crank but I couldn't decide when exactly it should move, but that would force you to go explore the space more and take time in between spins , but I want you to be able to see the symbol, so yea I agree I didnt quite get it

Thank you so much! Yea I definitely felt that while developing and just didn't get around to communicating that better

Like different feedback for when enemies are being added so that you really feel that, and showing more that your attack has changed, and like, really making winning gems and hearts more impactful

This was fun, really hard tho, the enemies dont leave you much time at all to attack them when they aren't immune or attacking you

This was awesome! I had a lot of fun until i met another machine gun arm fighter who i just couldnt beat, but i was a ballerina pikachu with a machine gun arm, incredible

this was so cute! great job!

(1 edit)

This is awesome! It took me a little while to figure out i was even supposed to be moving the little guy around but as soon as i did the depth of the puzzle opened

Awesome concept, great art

Seriously fun

God the pressure is killing me

 great game

God incrementals always get me. I really want my employees to not unionize so that i can leave them behind to die on this planet. Seriously off the charts

That's awesome! yea one week is so hard to scope for :'(

Wow, I played this for so long lol

Incredibly engaging game loop, nice music

The way the drill smoothly returns to straight down feels so good, i want to keep upgrading!

Ah geez, lighting in builds has been such a hard thing for me. Everyone has different hardware and doing robust settings to handle that in jams is so hard. I'm gunna try tho lol

Thankfully its saturday and Juniper is giving us the whole day for these sorts of fixes, lets see if i can make it happen

Thanks for the suggestion! I knew the camera was off but I couldnt name why. The new build is up and running. I think it feels better now

I love it. It took me a while to really figure out how the stirring mechanic worked but when i did it was really satisfying and fun. The moment i realized I could pluck the little guys eyeballs for my potion and the sound he makes lol fantastic.

First of all extra points for the Irish language! I was so psyched, i cannot understand it but i love seeing it!

The lore was awesome, definitely my favorite part. It made me keep playing to see it all. Combat is so hard! I tried to kill them all at first but without getting health any kind of pickups there really wasn't any reason to fight them and it just became a sprint thru each level to see the next lore drop. Really love the vibes tho

Great first project! solid idea and really well scoped for a jam

The only issue I had was the indication red dots would be behind the guy so i woulnd't be able to see them, don't know if that was intentional difficulty but i found it too hard.

The audio Was Great! On one level I popped all the balloons but it didn't go to the next level :( I beat that one again but after that it got super hard! great work

The way the snowmen reveal their skeleton as they get hit is awesome!

I love a top down shooter with old school crpg vibes

nice game, great micro experience, I lol'd when i finally got the reply from the radio guy

I like the way the insanity increasing was communicated but it was hard to tell when it was reaching the limit. Also without any UI about how much battery was left it was hard to tell how much to use or not use the light.

Second the help expansion cause I was blasting commands trying to find ones that worked the first time i tried playing lol. Eventually i did get my gasmask and get out. Really cool vibes

Yea the flashlight is vital once you lose it the game becomes pretty impossible if you haven't already loaded up on cigarettes

so glad you got into the jumping! i didnt intend to make a platformer but last night after i uploaded the last build I realized it totally is, thanks for playing and commenting!

Oh man thanks for such detailed feedback. Yea the cigarettes make the chaos screen effect go away. I wasn't expecting it to be as hard to balance as it was. The effect comes on at a steady pace but the zombie attacks add to it.  Balancing the rate that it comes on with the number of pickups and how easy/hard they are to find/ get to without play testers to help me understand what was and wasn't being communicated was super hard. Thanks for playing and commenting!

Hell yea dithering. This rules dude. I can't really tell if I would have liked it more if the items were in different places every time for each area. At first it was frustrating finding them, but then when I knew where they were it kind of stopped being as fun lol.  I might just be fickle. Regardless I loved it. Great story and atmosphere. I just wanted to help my community  :'(

I love this. Great writing, really interesting world to explore, could see this as a full game

Genuinely insane to me how effective this game loop is. I felt completely trapped in this world by choose what to click and wait for number to go up. The music was perfect, it captured anticipation and anxiety but also in a pretty chill way

Cool shader effect, I liked the vibe. On my first run there were rooms the mini map showed as existing but there was no door that led to them. Sometimes the food and water were really scarce and sometimes not. The sound was really effective in letting me know when i had actually hit the enemies

This was really cute, I liked all the information, but I kind of wished it had been presented in smaller pieces but more often. Getting hit with the wall of text can be daunting but I wanted to learn! Really nice art. Kind of reminded me of a game I would have played in school in the 90s.

oh Nice! Maybe I will let my scope creep a 'lil :)

Dashing made me clip through the ground. love the art style, the sound design was awesome

Honestly  potentially dangerous how fun this was
