This comment is an intense motivator.  Regardless of the outcomes, I want you to know that this meant a lot to me as someone who has yet to publish a full game.

I appreciate you!  I struggled with the interaction system implementation for sure.  I think I revisited it at least 3 times (sphere traces, line traces, overlaps) and with the time constraints I just had to settle on what worked best for playtesting in a minimal amount of time.  As for the slow early game, I had a few more systems to integrate, but they didn't make the cut with the tight deadline (raking leaves, fertilizing etc), but I agree, I could have shortened/sped up the animations.

I actually play tested the game at 4X speed haha

I'm glad you enjoyed the boss fight.  It was the first image that popped in my head when the theme was announced and I'm glad I could build to it :)

Thank you for the feedback! I definitely had more interactions I was trying to implement (fertilizer, raking leaves, clearing vines etc) but I had to cut in order to make the deadline :) Thank you for playing, it was a joy to make!

Loved this, still waiting on my $10 :) That classic monitor aesthetic is lovely!

Definitely made me want to keep progressing.  Really liked the locomotion animations for the main character.

I'll add to the crouch/shift oddity that Invert Mouse also inverted yaw, which really messed with me lol.  not sure if these things were intentional, but it definitely aided in the "I'm uncomfortable like this forever" feeling.

This was fun! Reminded me of some of the commodore games I grew up playing (dating myself here).  I could see new mechanics slowly introduced making this a gem!

Hard to rate this one to be honest.  It nails the theme, but there isn't much in the way of Audio, Graphics or gameplay.  I like the choose your own adventure style, but I didn't notice different outcomes.  It's still a heck of story to write and publish to a jam in that tight time frame though!

I have no doubt with some polish, there's a fun cooking game here.  It's a shame you didn't have more time.  I couldn't quite get the recipes down though.

It sure doesn't.  Just tried it again.  Looks like the exe is decoupled from Godot sources:

Error:  Couldn't load project data path at ",".  Is the .pck file missing?  If you've renamed the executable, the associated .pck file should also be renamed to match the executables name (without the extention).  Makes me wonder how the other guy got it to work...

This game is super hard.  The first several times I played, I went for the "bomb" to the left thinking it was what I was trying to defuse per the instructions.  Once I figured out it just hurt me, I progressed a little further.  I do like the vampire-survivor Esque upgrade system.  I just overall didn't have the skill to get too far lol.  The enemy at the top of the first ramp seemed to have a weird hit box since my shots didn't seem to register.

Overall, solid FPS mechanics and use of cell-shade assets, could be better with time.

This game taught me how much I suck at geography.

Mirroring Flamebom, same issue.  Will not launch, .exe only is downloaded.

Um, this downloads as an .EXE file and will not launch?

I liked it!  What was that cat doing mewing and spinning in the background lol.  I could see this one becoming a "boom blox" style game!  Could always use more of that!

This one needs a bit more setup to play properly on first play.  Would make a good mini-game in a larger soccer project!

I liked the believable distractions; I punched my boss in the face and got fired so many times.  A prompt stating A/D on keyboard were how to choose options would have been helpful.  it was a little confusing since mouse click let me choose "start"

This game was so frustrating, but not necessarily in a bad way lol. Were the controls supposed to be inversed like that?  It certainly added to the challenge!

I thought this was great!  I kind of hated how engrossed I was answering emails lol.  I'd love to know what engine, if any, you created it in?  It plays really smooth.

Good gameplay, I had such a hard time finding the A houses lol.

Captured it quite nicely!  Short of actually developing a game within the game and being able to execute it, this is pretty much the experience lol

I lamented over including it in the screens for a long time lol.  I'm new to marketing things and outside of the game jam, I didn't think an old woman planting things would be enough to get people to try it out.  I'm grateful for the feedback!

Took me too long to figure out you have to hold space!  After that, I had a blast!  Hilarious!

Digging the Meat boy vibes!

I think the score as an integer instead of a float would be better visualized.  The collision is a little sensitive.  I think as an infinite runner style game it's a good idea though!

This game was inspiring how addicting simple mechanics can be.

Keep working at it team, could be something someday!

I like the concept.  It has promise!

Thanks so much for playing!  I am continuously making updates to the game and do plan on a much larger release with more mechanics and content in the future!  I've subscribed to your channel, and I hope it is very successful for you!  I'll comment on the video too.

Subscribed my friend!  Great video as well!  Thanks so much for taking the time to play! I will be working towards expanding this concept into a full game soon ans hope to release on multiple platforms!  Thanks again, I hope it brought you some joy!

Thanks so much for the kind words! I appreciate you giving it a chance!  I am planning on expanding it soon to hopefully be a full larger experience.  I'll definitely take your feed back on Jump scares to heart as it could probably use more tension and ambience:)  Thanks again!

Thanks for the comments!  For anyone struggling to complete the game, don't forget to put your trash in the receptacles and always check your clipboard to see your progress and help you along! (Tab or gameplay start button)

This was a good one!  I don't think I've ever laid on the sprint button so much in my life!  Very creative idea that I think executes on the theme great!  Good concept and execution! Great score and what I'm assuming is generation to keep you guessing on direction.  Keep it up!

Loved this game!  Held my attention and kept me searching.  Well executed!

I really dig the chiptunes during the ending!  Good "dream" atmosphere :)
