-All critical bugs have been fixed, and the game should now be playable normally (hopefully no more bugs~).

-All audio files in the OST folder are free to download and use.

Thank you all for playing!

When I saw the TV, I thought it was a FNAF-like game, but I was wrong—it seems to be a narrative experience with a very unique approach, immersive gameplay and atmosphere. But then... I actually don't understand English (LOL), so I missed out on this great work! But don't worry—it's not your fault! Being able to convey the story with so little text and voice acting is already impressive in itself!

ah really wish it didn't have that bug when dying, it seems very promising! I'll hold off on a rating since it seems unfair but the art is gorgeous and descriptive of the environment, the mechanics felt good and the idea is pretty cool!

thank you

Thank you for playing and for your suggestions. The bugs that have been found so far have been fixed, and I will upload the update after the competition ends.

Wow! Thank you for your interest! And thank you for playing—I hope there weren’t any other issues besides that bug. I’m also looking forward to competing alongside you again next year!

Thank you~

The gameplay, graphics, and music of For Scale have all been completely remastered now!!!
There are also new music tracks and a Mac download version!!

Thank you for the feedback. I guess it's due to the type of ground tile collider. I'll fix it promptly. Finally, thank you so much for playing! ^_^

If my game is set to "Automatically start on page load," how are the plays counted?

Thank you!

Haha, indeed! So it was a guidance issue, not a bug. In the game, I used changes in light brightness to indicate that the door has been opened.

The hint is a bit subtle, but thank you very much for playing and providing feedback!

Alright, I've updated and uploaded a new version of the game. It runs fine on my own computer, which puzzles me, but thank you very much for playing and trying it! (Once you obtain the key and use it on the keyhole, the door at the cave entrance will open, and escaping through the cave will complete the level!)

the Key can unlock the door. After obtaining a key, you can use it by going to the keyhole, you can try a few more times or give the PC version a shot.

Compact and satisfying, but the imbalance between health depletion and recovery leads to failure before players can react.

Thank you~

Repeated commands, identical outcomes—when will this cycle finally break?

非常好的想法,但是在Unity中想要做多音轨同步、节奏控制和手感挺不容易的

Wow! This is truly unique!

Maybe? I am a Yesman?

NEW FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS!

Performance:

  • Music synchronization and rhythm have been remastered, eliminating almost all audio stuttering and timing deviations.
  • Improved UI display with a brief tutorial added before gameplay (for additional details, check the game page).
  • Object rhythm animations and camera movements now use procedural animation, making visuals more dynamic than the original.

Gameplay:

  • Instead of adapting rocket rhythms to background music, each rocket type now has its own unique rhythm, maintaining challenge while enhancing fun and preventing auditory chaos.
  • As you progress, you’ll encounter more rocket varieties!

Controls:

  • Simplified from pressing keys based on color initials to pressing keys corresponding to rocket launch order, reducing learning curve.
  • Removed button UI—now fully keyboard-controlled, so no more switching between mouse and keyboard!

NEW DOWNLOADS & VERSIONS!

  • Added Mac version!
  • Updated OST files(Includes beat tracks and main music (MP3) , full game soundtrack in WAV format)

About Me

Note

  • Assets used : Void - Environment Pack
  • SoundEffec from Zapsplat.com
  • OST files: All audio files are free to download and use!

Hi! I really want my game to reach more people. I post dev logs, promote it on Twitter, upload trailers on YouTube, and reply to every single comment (even the rare ones!)—but engagement remains minimal. I'm at a loss now. Any proven ways to get more visibility? Or how to get my game featured by @itchio's Twitter account?

It’s easy to get started gameplay, and the level design is exquisite. However, although the cyclic and fractal scene designs are very eye-catching, I almost passed the last few levels by brute force. Because such scenes, combined with players not knowing which button controls which switch, cause players to either not have time to think or pass the level without knowing why. Nevertheless, I really admire being able to achieve such results within 4 days!

Sound design and visuals are fantastic! The flight controls might take some getting used to, but overall, it's still a great experience!

Thank you for playing! I'll fix the bugs and release an update after the competition—including those brand-new levels I had to cut before!

Thanks for playing! That was indeed a bug blocking progression, but I'll release an updated version after the competition.

Even though you openly admitted this game might feel boring on its store page, I still pushed through and unlocked one of the endings. That said, like you predicted, I probably don’t have the patience to pursue other endings, I`m Sorry. Still, I see real potential for improvement here:

1.Slightly increase email response speed, appropriately accelerate gameplay pacing, and shorten the ending achievement cycle.

2. Use 24-hour clock (not countdown timer)

 3. Make screen colors shift with time (simulate daylight)

 4. Add subtle SFX:

(1)Keyboard taps (email replies)

(2)Stomach growls (hunger)

(3)Yawns, ambient noise (keep volume low!)

 5. Money’s purpose? Maybe tied to other endings?

 6. The eerie quietness almost feels horror-ready..."

(Original suggestions, not AI-generated >_-)

The gameplay shows real potential, but it needs more design refinement. You could also consider using 2D instead of 3D to simplify development.

OMG, this was made in just 4 DAYS?! The polish is insane!

Such fun gameplay—I ended up defeating all the enemies in the end!

Simple mechanics, yet capable of creating diverse levels—this design approach is truly inspiring and worth learning from!

Yep, that's a bug breaking the progression. Originally, players were meant to experience all previous levels in reverse during the loop—a mechanic I spent countless hours designing. Got a bit too ambitious and ran out of testing time though! 😅 After the contest, I'll drop the patched version. Would love for you to try it again then! ^_^,At last , thank you for playing!

Yep, those are spikes, lol! Time just ran out—I was literally playtesting levels 30 minutes before submission. It’s a bummer, but seriously, thank you for playing! Post-contest, I’ll drop a shiny new version with all the unfinished levels. Stay tuned~
