Jiangshi x Daoshi is an epic story of Chinese vampires, dao priests, assassins and immortals, told in a spectacularly animated visual novel format.

When former assassin Luan is attacked by man-eating creatures, he is saved from certain death by a wandering dao priest, Ling Ling. At that time, neither of them know what tribulations yet await them.

It doesn't adhere to easy to define genres, but it's somewhat written at female audiences (direct comment from developer's homepage) and there's a fair bit of male bonding.

The world is afflicted with a mysterious disease known as "The Enigma." 

Chester, infected with this disease, finds himself washed onto a lonely island, Carlyle.

ENIGMA: takes approximately 10-20 hours to play through and features almost 20 different endings.
