Hey, computer is entirely optional thing mainly for those really wanting all this sweet sweet lore and maybe extra functionality. One function requires password that is spelled not very obviously after interacting plenty with one of the pets. Another function simply requires some knowledge of Unix like commands or good perception. That functionality is very "extra" and only really allows to make encounters with all pawns more frequent.

Safe to say, Computer feature in Issix mod is entire for completionist players.

It's surprising to me that a platform such as itch.io has done seemingly nothing until now to address the issue of spam in the comments. This issue has been going on for months now and legitimately makes players less safe. Those bad actors often post the same links over and over, something for someone who has been dealing in moderation for years now seems to be trivial to address by at least sending all of the comments that match certain string with obviously malicious link to /dev/null.

Of course, that shouldn't be the only solution to address it, commenters mentioned in this thread how this could be helped with and there are multiple ways this could be done. I see a game that daily receives at least 3 of such comments, today they started to use images with links that lead to malicious files.

This is urgent issue that affects many games, many creators and one that could use at the very least some kind of interim solution (while better and more long-term solution is being worked on) to help creators fight back against the spammers.

Really disappointing to see lack of visible addressal of this issue.

The "background objects irrelevant to main story have description" part always has been a hallmark of well made RPG Maker games for myself, wanted to just one-up the OP that those descriptions matter and make the game world so much better. Thank you!

Thank you for making Altered, it's such a nice gem of a game. The kind of corruption/submission TF sequences (writing, pixel art, animations) are really well executed and I really appreciate the love you've put into this game.

The variety of enemies and their themes is working wonders for the game.

The kobold shenanigans really surprised me positively because it felt different - all cute and kobold level silly.

Can't wait to see what's next for Altered in the future, please make sure to take breaks and never sacrifice health for making video games <3

One can always change the save file, find the player node and inside skills > perks remove the perk making the player infertile (usually StartInfertile or StartMaleInfertility for males).

If you mean the ones from Issix Mod, you'll get ability to unlock them as you gain Pet skill experience. Usually you'll see new training options in Issix's pet menu for training. You gain pet experience by training (only walks are implemented) or other special events.

Everyone knows games either are updated on monthly basis or never, there is nothing in between. /s

Try to see if the issue occurs without one mod or another. Check if number of pawns isn't too high (allowing the game to spawn too many pawns may eventually lead to a crash).

Hey there, love the characters & artworks, the bad ending I got hit all of my buttons, D/S dynamic with player taking position of submissive in a M/M furry game is my kind of thing, and the bad end I've got hit all of my buttons. Though yeah, the crashes (played web version, perhaps desktop is more stable?) and lacking routes/content in places I really hoped for something was a major bummer.

I suppose a lot of things at this moment is still kind of a placeholder, which is alright, I know how it is to create a big work. I'll certainly keep watch of how the game develops because again - the writing hit my buttons and I believe that the game can continue to deliver on that front. Hope to see more in the future and thank you for sharing the game!

P.S: If you'd need list of crashes I've got during my gameplay I could try to recreate, I have the saves.

Demo is really solid! Love how smooth and polished it feels in many aspects.

Sadly I were unable to start the Linux version without some tweaks, so here is a small workaround for Linux users who have similar issue (

[FATAL:spawn_subprocess.cc(221)] posix_spawn: Permission denied (13))

Some file be it library or other executable does not have correct permissions (perhaps due to extracting from .zip losing permission information?). Just run `$ chmod -R +xr .` in extracted folder and should be good to go. All that said, I'm incredibly thankful to developers for creating Linux builds <3

Just to suggest, "Thanks for completing the form" end card may confuse people that the response has been recorded while they still need to use send button. Probably a good idea to mention it with big letters or something so people don't leave the form before sending their response.
