Thanks so much for your comment! Yes, I agree! There were so many things I wanted to fix and balance and improve. Unfortunately, I just did not have time to playtest and submit the deadline. This was my first game jam, and it gave me a great idea of what can be achieved in a couple of days. I would love to make a polished version! Cheers!

Thank you so much, I'm very glad you liked it! I kind of did want to add moments of downtime or idle moments for the player to kind of simulate dull moments, as I'm sure real horses do lol. I actually wanted to change the timer on the last day of submission. Instead of surviving the countdown timer, I was actually planning to change the victory condition to reaching a number on 'distance traveled'. But, again, the deadline got the best of me. Cheers!

I pretty much wanted to make a game that pretty much simulates a horse's life in the wilderness, even though it's a very bare-bones game, player immersion was a big focus throughout development. I'll definitely look into the scaling issue! There were so many things I wanted to fix, but alas, the deadline got the better of me. Cheers!
